I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Lucky Jean store and was lucky enough to have Robin as my sales associate. Despite the store being about to close, Robin greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great shopping experience.

She took the time to help me select a belt after i picked out my jeans including looking through the clearance items. What really stood out to me, was Robin's friendly and accommodating attitude. Even though the store was closing soon, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her in any way. Instead, she made me feel like a valued customer and helped me find everything I needed.

Very helpful staff. Jeans are hand made so you'll definitely want to try on three to four different pairs and sizes to find the ones that fit you perfectly. They last forever, so the pair I had on they didn't even make anymore.

This store has wonderful staff and the loveliest Boho clothing! ❤

Outstanding customer service at the hands of Christina (sp?) last week. Took amazing care of us the entire time we were in the store. Provided very helpful info and recommendations regarding style and fit. Two dudes popping in to take advantage of a great sale last week, a little intimidated by the vast array of options and the stigma of apparel shopping in general. Christina took the edge right off, made it a productive and pleasant experience. I have never owned a nicer pair of jeans in my life. I wish all customer service were this top-notch!!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience. Best I've ever had shopping. I am a mom of 4 with a very busy 2year old. Clothes shopping is a nightmare with all 4. One of the employees here saw me juggling the kids, my clothes. The stroller, and my 13 year olds clothes. She immediately ushered me to a much larger dressing room so I could fit everyone in, grabbed my pile of clothes,offered to get other sizes, helped me carry stuff and more. I ended up finding $90 jeans for $14 AND Sshe gave me an additional 10% off. I live way down in provo but I will make the hour long drive monthly now just to see her.

Outstanding service by Gwen, a manager there. She took care of my PITA return requests and issues with a level of service that would rival a flagship Nordstrom's customer care. That's great work for an outlet store. Thank you!

We came in with an exchange of jeans and Michael was extraordinarily helpful at helping us find the right sizes. He had great customer service. Totally worth the 45 minute drive.

Staff was kind. Prices were great. This was my first visit to a Lucky brand store and it was pleasant.

Service was amazing they have every style and every color in every Style and they will work with you to get you the pants that will look the best on you. Very impressed.

Employees always helpful. If your spending way more than you should in jeans. The staff at least be good. These guys are good and so are their jeans.

Usually I just want salespeople to leave me alone, but the girl who helped us was super helpful and attentive without being annoying. I don't know how she did it, but it was fantastic.
