Ross Dress for Less

If you hit the store at the right time you can find some great items! Carmen was super helpful after I found these great chairs. It was quite an ordeal trying to get them in my car because I had a big dog crate in the back area. Carmen took her time helping me get them in . I was super grateful . Such great customer service! I really love my new chairs 😄

Cathi the wonderful lady working back by the fitting room is amazing, she is a gem she has a great attitude and excellent customer service skills, she anticipated my need before I even needed to ask. I can tell she's a hard worker by how she was keeping busy organizing the merchandise and keeping the inventory orderly. I truly appreciate her kindness and amazing customer service. This Ross location is usually crowded probably because of all the great deals to be found.Tonight my daughter and I belined towards the beauty products, we were thrilled to find so many high end beauty products at fantastic reduced prices.( Some even more reduced because they were on clearance).Always a bonus .Our Cashier was so friendly even when it was closing time she keep good vibes during our transaction.

I always have a great time shopping at Ross. This my favorite place to shop. Clothes, household items, they have it all. Yesterday I got these great candles for $3.99. Thanx again Ross!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Went to buy my mom and dad some bed sheets. The customer service was great. And they were very helpful. I thought I lost my wallet,and I asked one of the loss prevention dudes if anyone turned in a phone . He said " I help you look and see if any one turns it in . But thank god I found it so great place to shop and have a good laugh

Great deals, great clothes. My daughter found work clothes for inexpensive prices for her new job.

Nice place for quick and reasonable prices dresses, shoes and miscellaneous items.

This is the cleanest Ross I've ever been to! It does get messy at night, but it's because customers literally throw stuff on the ground and put stuff back wherever they want. It's definitely 1 of the busiest locations I've ever been to, and has the nicest staff. I shop here regularly.

The cleanest, most organized Ross in ALL of Arizona! If your searching for a particular item, you can actually find it right where it is supposed to be. Surprise... The #1 Ross for me and my family...

Road was clean and well organized. Friendly associates. Stocked shelves. Great bargains!! However, the checkout line looped to the back of the store. Made me question if the the low prices were worth the wait, did I truly need the items??

This location has a "Now Hiring" sign posted at the entrance. And they are not lying!!! Tell everybody!

Very clean and friendly service there

This Ross has great selections whenever I go in. It is never messy always well put together in my opinion. But the line is always long and they never seem to have enough cashier's available. They seem to always want to help the return line before the long line of customers trying to buy stuff. Otherwise the lines being so long it is a great store to go into. Not like most other Ross' where there are more items on the floor then hanging on the racks or shelves. I will definitely keep shopping here. Plus this plaza has so much to offer lots of other things to do here. Good place to walk around.

I love Ross for less. They have high quality products, all name brand but low low prices. You will find anything from Maui and sons, Volcon, Nike, top name brand fragrances. They have jewelry, clothing, shoes, luggage, electronics, home goods, toys, pet supplies, and so much more. If you need it there is a good chance they have it and you are going to pay considerably less than anywhere else.

Rarely shopped Ross because I thought it was a lot of items other stores couldn't sell. I found several really cute, quality tops and will return for sure!

When I arrived the systems for return was down. I went on to purchase other items. Security guard was very kind and got me from the regular line where I was purchasing items when return process started working so I could return the items I purchased prior. That was very thoughtful of her and amazing that she remembered me among several customers. Customer service was also patient as I had several receipts.

Had a wide variety of toys. Check out was fast and friendly. Store was well stocked and cleaned. Only issue was getting a small cart that worked. Plan on returning during the week to finish my shopping.
