Unlike some Advance Auto stores, the people at this location REALLY & TRULY CARE about their customers! They do everything they can to help their customers, even go out of their way to get helpful information when they do not know the answers. I love doing my business with the people at this location; they make you feel like you're invited to come and ask about anything you do not know, as if they want to learn about anything they do not know the answers

Pennhills store located on Frankstown road is the best, Chris is the only reason I shop here opposed to other locations this guy is always very helpful and very knowledgeable he goes over and above helping with what ever problem you have. I’ve dealt with other locations and other auto parts stores who don’t know anything outside what the computer tells them. I won’t deal with anyone else.

It's the closest part store to my house. It usually has what I need right there but if not they have a great online ordering program that nearly always has deals/coupons that are for 20%over the entire purchase, etc. I see no reason to drive father to another place.

Ordered a few parts online and had them prepared for in-store pickup. Parts were ready when I got there and I was able to be in and out with no concern.

I went there to recycle about 100 gallons (about ten years of oil changes) of used oil. I lucked out that they had just had their tank emptied!
