Nice harbor freight Store, right nxt to grocery outlet, used to be shopko, was looking for a current color of toolbox called was able to have them hold it, since I was over a hr away. ..

This group of employees is always on top of it helping you get what you need finding tools and items that you're looking for and always more than helpful with a warranty return or an issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff who truly care about their customers. I always feel dumb going into hardware stores because I’m not very educated on tools and hardware. Here, the guy helping me and my girlfriend answered all of our questions without making me feel dumb. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would ask someone else and answer right away. Their return policy is amazing and embraced by their staff. I’ve found many places to be a hassle when returning things, but here it was fast and easy. Most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a hardware store by far.

The folks are polite here. The store is really clean. And there are always good prices. There are some things I wouldn't buy here because quality is vital and not all the stuff at Harbor Freight is top-quality stuff. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." But there are many things that we've purchased here that are BETTER than what you can find other places. Simple things, like the kneeling pads for flooring and gardening. The ones at Walmart and our local building place are really thin. They have the fat ones here (in addition to smaller ones) and they're way more comfortable. Zip ties is another example. It's silly. But they're zip ties and instead of paying $12 for a tub of them at the local building supply place, I can pay $3 here.

The cashier carried my merchandise for me... Hospitality is why I'm coming back again and again.... Friendly and knowledgeable.. I love my new shop vac great price.. I save so much money cheaper than Amazon

I went into Harbor Freight the other day and needed a few different things. I kind of knew what I needed, but honestly know nohing about this stuff. The associate that helped me, Markus, was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and even made some great suggestions when it came to brands, styles of tools, etc. When I got home, everything worked exactly as I needed it to. Thank you to Harbor Freight and Markus for helping make my projects much less stressful than they could have been.

I wanted to say thank you to the man that helped me get a welder for my boyfriend.
I absolutely didn’t know anything about welders what so ever and if I asked my man he would of known what I was getting him for Christmas.

I wish I got the name of this man.
But he helped explain almost every single welder he had and what my boyfriend would like the most specially with the project he was doing and needed a certain welder.
You guys always are so nice whenever I come in, thank you again <3

TJ I am sorry you were upset. I am sorry your local Harbor Freight was out of the product you were looking for. We did have the product but unfortunately we have a policy that does not allow credit cards over the phone. We would have loved to get you the product and offered to hold it for you.

The staff at the new harbor freight are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Of course, it isn't located in the most accessible area but well worth the visit for literally any hardware-related thing.

This store is epic!!! As someone who is a hobbyist and lacking in the funds area, it's nice to not have to break the bank for something I won't use all the time.

The picture is not harbor freight lol but I love the real harbor freight, great place for us weekend warriors to get affordable tools.

Harbor freight is fabulous, low prices, just about any tool that you would need. Will definitely start buying my tools there.
