Our sales person was excellent- patient, technical and product savvy. Ive been a senior vice president of client services and you employee embodies client interaction flawlessly. A great role model and invaluable employee. Bravo to him!

Immediate attention when I first walked in . Great greeting and introduced herself ,then we hit down to business . Very friendly and professional , and extremely knowledgeable about everything . Had couple issues along the way but she resolved them easily . . She made my transition from Verizon to at@t easy. I have no remorse about switching carrier. She deserves a 5 star rating for sure. . I had a great experience yesterday at the Placerville ATT store. The employee named Justin helped me and was absolutely amazing. He welcomed me with a smile and a warm greeting, listened to what I had to say with eye contact, and efficiently did his best to figure out what was wrong. He has a great attitude and his fellow coworkers should follow his lead.

I have tried a dozen providers. At&t is the best in all categories. Troubleshooting, store and call center interaction, device problems to name a few. But most importantly the company cares to make things right for the customer not the CEO; like other cellular companies. Go with AT&T you will never worry again. AT&T is truly the best cellular company doing business the right way. I went to the store after I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit to the store in my area (Martell, CA).

I arrived at the Placerville location and was immediately met by Francisco, who was more than happy to help me with every aspect of my visit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helped me with any questions or inquiries I had while being very friendly. I felt very appreciative and happy with my experience!

Staff, Francisco, helped me resolve my need to lower cost and to continue to have tv to suit our needs. He was patient and careful in explaining how to make the system work. He was personable and kind.

Mario was kind, understanding, thorough, and a very good listener. He was patient and willing to work until we resolved my issue. Last time I got locked out of my email it took numerous long phone calls and many in store visits and took 3 months.
Mario just fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes!!

The branch manager, Rayshaun, is amazing! I came in with an issue that I had spent several hours trouble shooting, and he not only fixed that issue in moments, but he also fixed two more tech issues that saved my company tech team a service zoom call scheduled for later in the afternoon! Mario was a Very helpful. He accomplished for me today but I have been trying to do for three months. I have tried the online support I’ve tried to 800 number and put on hold for over 45 minutes so I made an appointment today and came into the Placerville store, and Mario was a technician assigned to me. I just wanted to access my accounts online and combined them into one account. Mario accomplished this in under 30 minutes and answered my questions about what he was doing. I would recommend him as a service technician anytime! Thank you so much

Mario is by far the best employee at AT&T I've had the pleasure to work with. He is patient and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. His quick thinking and company knowledge is refreshing. Mario deserves more than 5 stars.

We were assisted by Austin and he was awesome. Super kind and helpful. He helped my grandma understand the bundle process we were doing very easy. I definitely recommend being helped by him.

I experienced great service here. Decided to switch from Verizon when AT&T had a good phone deal (and my Verizon service had gone steadily downhill in the past few months). These guys were great. Very friendly and no pressure to add on unnecessary equipment or services, like DirecTV. Didn't even have to wait for a rep to help us, even though it was black Friday weekend. Made my switching experience easy and we're loving the new phones and network quality.

Raul was exactly the type of sales associate I like and appreciate. Super knowledgeable, friendly, low key, not overbearing and had lot's of patience. I wasn't planning on buying a phone today, but Rauls excellent customer service changed my mind...thank you!

Dennis and Rome were were great! They were excellent communicators which really helped as they shared their knowledge across all the AT&T services and technology helping us to make good decisions. Their friendly and patient dispositions also made they experience enjoyable. Overall, their expertise and positive attitudes made possible for us to be successful AT&T customers. Salina is the representative that assisted me while I was at the AT&T and she went above and beyond! The thing I appreciated the most was how she put the screen protector on my phone for me, and the care she put into making sure that there was no dust or debris under the screen protector. I felt like I got the best deal, I felt cared for, even spoiled. I will recommend Salina to anyone who needs to visit the AT&T store. Thank you

The young man was very knowledgeable about the products and showed all products to me. He was also gracious and kind. I miss his name and wished I hadn’t. I appreciate he took time to explain an IPhone to a 72 year old first time user.

Spent almost 2 hours in the Placerville Store this morning and was assisted by At&t specialist Mario Sanchez who answered all of our questions regarding our existing service plans and answered every question regarding adding additional services. All in all, Mario was successful in completing what we wanted with our new purchase & additional service added. Very pleased!! He is definitely the go to guy for all your questions & needs. Definitely an asset to At&t.

At&t placerville was awesome i needed cell service and they got everything in working order and straightened out for me i had formerly visited at&t in el dorado hills with a problem spent 2 days down there and never got issue fixed then came up here localy and boom within 20 minutes my issue tottaly resolved thank you staff and management at placerville at&t you guys rock!!... id give them 10 stars if possible thats a store too visit worth the drive if your within 30 miles id say THANKS AGAIN PLACERVILLE AT&T

I have an S10 which has developed a very annoying and continuing issue this past year. After 3 different visits during that time, with 3 different store reps,...no success to rectify the malfunction! After much frustration once again, today I came to this ATT store for help but with not much hope. I even thought of taking a hammer to this piece junk. By the way, Samsung phones have always been my phone of choice with no problems til now.
Alas.... to my good fortune, Troy came to the rescue!
Troy is THE MIRACLE WORKER!! All I can say is Troy is an absolute asset to your company. What ever Troy is getting paid...IT IS NOT ENOUGH!!
