Had a covid vaccine scheduled at Walgreens, and when I arrived for my appointment I was told they were out of stock. I drove down the road to cvs, and they had it and took me as a walk in without an appointment. Fast, friendly, professional service and the man who administered the shot was a pro, it didn't hurt at all.

Been using this pharmacy for scripts and vaccines for several years and have found that overall, the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful and accommodating even when they are very busy. I see other reviews where people are complaining about the closure for lunch. Seriously? Let them have a lunch break people. They have a lot of work to do in a short amount of time and do it well.

I have been shopping at CVS in North Reading because Reading was always took much longer to fill a prescription (however, just as friendly.) North Reading CVS all know my name, have gone out of their way for me on several occasions and prescriptions are almost always ready in 15 minutes. I can't believe I'm the only one who's written a review. They are extremely customer service oriented which makes my experiences very enjoyable.

Cvs 18 Main St. North Reading: the best Cvs I have ever ever been to great people, items that I could not find in other CVS stores, clean and extremely nice and helpful people working there. Pahlavi you are great!

My wife got her flu shot here and CVS was very professional and respectful to my wife. She hates needles/shots.

Pharmacy hours are a joke. 9AM? Can’t even pick up prescriptions before work then they sign out for lunch every day now. Ridiculous, could easily hire to cover both shifts. Will have to bother another pharmacy, leave work to pick it up, and have it transferred. They call incessantly to pick it up and are never flipping open when I try to show up. What a pain!

Me and my son got a Covid shot and the nurse at the pharmacy who did it went in so far she hit the bone we cannot move without being in pain. Go anywhere else to get a Covid shot.

I had a prescription to pick up, we were in the drive through line two minutes before their closure for lunch and the gate that signals they are closed was already down. I am all for getting your lunch break, but to close before their actual lunch time is not acceptable. And don't come at me that if they serve those in line before closing they won't get their lunch. Be realistic they'll get it, it just may be a few minutes later.

My experience @ CVS was a nightmare! I went into the store first thing in the morning and no one was around. I had a terrible altercation with the store manager who told me that I needed to go “back to bed” because I got my own photos @ the counter. Talking to an elderly person like that was inexcusable. The UPS driver who was there before me said the people go in with back packs and steal things and no one says anything. The store is poorly run. The manager showed be given his “pink slip”.

Horrendous. This is typical of a new store. It's nice and shiny new, but there's no one in the store to help you. I needed some help with the photo station and no one was there. Seems like no one except one cashier worked in the whole building. Good business model, morons.

They said they checked me in for the covid vaccine and made me wait for 50 minutes until they realized that they did not check me in at the first place. Good waste of my time.
