Kemo Sabe Park City

I had a great experience here in store back in February, but I can't get over the remote service I just received. I'm not local to the area so was going to purchase another hat online, but had called the store to see if I could have them send me a hat + band instead. They not only sent a what I had asked for, but they went above and beyond, spending a lot of time and energy designing the hat with me over text and over the phone before sending it out to me! Taylor at Kemo Sabe Park City ... 10/10 customer service!

We had an excellent experience recently at Kemo Sabe, Park City. We were a little unsure of going because of a couple of the reviews, but we are so happy we went. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my purchase and they made the entire experience so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this shop!

This was such a fun experience! Katie helped me create the most special hat. She directed me to exactly what I was looking for within the price range we discussed and really took her time to make it perfect! Clay was super helpful later in the week when I came back for one more piece of flair :) I’m obsessed, thanks guys !

What a great Park City experience! We had such a fun time browsing the store and visiting the "speak easy saloon". The staff was simply amazing and helped find and design the hat perfect for me! Julie was the best! She was engaging, funny and had an amazing eye. She knows the store, all the products and was willing to spend as much time as I needed to get just the right hat and boots. Thanks to the Julie and the entire team at Kemo Sabe Park City!

This my second experience at the Kemo in PC. My first time was far different with the SA being fairly rude (still purchased a hat). This time I had Alison helping me out and she was amazing - she throughly explained the process and had great suggestions. Suggest you ask for Alison if visit this location! Loved my hat!

I had the absolute best time designing my custom hat with Julie! She had such a great eye and really made sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my hat while staying mindful of the budget I told her I wanted to stay in. Would totally recommend this experience and ask for Julie!!!! I will be going back one day to add to my hat and have my boyfriend design his.

I’ve been looking forward to Kemo Sabe for so long now! We finally popped it during our Utah trip and so glad we did. Kylee was amazing and made my experience more than I imagined! She helped pick the perfect fit & color hat, as well as putting on the final touches. She had great recommendations and made sure I was happy and loved every detail! The experience was so top notch, it makes me want to go back for another (even though my bank account wouldn’t survive lol). Thank you Kylee and the KS Team!

The service here is exemplary. The whole team gave what could be called a ‘trademark level’ of how to listen and care for a customer. We weren’t sold merchandise. We had the l feeling that we had 15 friends getting to know us. A lot of stores and sales teams should visit and experience the care. We LOVED Kemo Sabe! #GiddyUp
