Best GameStop experience I've ever had! Tyler was so nice and very helpful, not to mention very funny and welcoming. We had a trade in for our PS4 and he was happy to help us. Loved talking to him, hope he has a great day. Give him a raise or something, he absolutely deserves it.

The launch of Super Mario RPG was supposed to include the collector pin set. Instead, Nintendo shorted the supply as usual and it was a challenge to get the pin.

Otherwise, the staff here are freaking amazing and worked with me on the pre-order despite the fact I am just visiting town temporarily.

Wanted to trade a game and controller for credit and the staff there were very helpful. The employee Tyler was very professional and detailed would definitely shop there again.

Yo someone get Tyler a raise! None of the other GameStops that I've been to have been so nice and helpful. Tyler easily made my experience here fantastic and revived the nostalgic feeling of excitement to go in and preorder a game. I missed that, you've got a great guy on your team here!

Edit: Not sure what happened to this store but there are very few if any new games on the shelves, those that were shown were
for the Nintendo Switch, PS5 and Xbox had maybe 5 games each that were new. Used games with the black and white printer paper game name on the cases marked as New. This used to be my go to store as you can see from my older review below.

Never had a bad experience here, employees have always been helpful and acknowledge customers. Recently ordered 3 old DS games at the store, employee was friendly and processed the order quickly, even looking up the release dates of 2 games I pre-ordered. The store is a little cramped, and parking can be a pain but overall it's a good location to shop at.

Went in to trade in my old PS4 and my cashier, Angel, was not only super helpful but also super friendly. Had a nice conversation with him about the games, weather, and new releases all while getting everything I needed to do done. He even informed me of a release that I've been wanting! Wouldn't have known otherwise since it's so hard to get your hands on. Very pleasant experience and very helpful customer service 😊

awesome place and the employees are always very nice and help people find the right stuff they want to buy and i would totally recommend this place if you are a big gamer and love different games

Been 7 years but still gets 5 stars I can't wait to revisit I hope the atmosphere is unchanged

staff was super awesome. Can't remember the employees names, but they were beyond helpful. I did trade-in and bought some Wii-U games for my gfs kids. The dude helped me to get signed up for pro membership, and walk away with the game I wanted (breath of the wild 🤘) and like 3 more games. It was an excellent experience for me, for her, and her kids. For my girlfriend who isn't a gamer, she bad a pleasant experience with me in there, because of how friendly and helpful they were!

These guys are great! They were very helpful in giving me recommendations for my new Nintendo switch console. They helped me pick some extra controllers and screen covers. I think Christmas is going to be great this year. Thank you gamestop!

These guys are awesome. They are truly honest and awesome. I can't thank them enough for what they did for my little girl. She had just bought a new Ds and 4 days latter was in a car accident which broke her band new Ds.
My girl was so sad it was her first ever video gameplay. But i went in and explained everything. They where awesome and took care of her. Thanks again.

I visited this store while trading in my Xbox 360 console. John and Curtis helped me through the process. These employees are knowledgeable and their opinions based on much personal experience with the product. I found what I was looking for and more. I was given a fair trade-in value for my items. Renewing my GameStop card also helped me maximize trade value.
