I had a rush shipment of signs that needed to go to Phoenix overnight. They had everything I needed, including the box to fit them into. Michele was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

The employee was very helpful in assisting me with my decision on the best method of shipping my item.

I have spoken with the owner and we have resolved the misunderstanding. She handled the issue very professionally.

We've rented a mailbox from this location for over 20 years. We always tried to give them all of our shipping business, including Amazon returns. They charged my wife $2.00 for a taping fee on a box, that I specifically left open, so they could see what was in there. Amazon clearly stated that there is No fee. They get paid by Amazon .
When I asked about being charged the $2.00, a got a very negative response. Attitude and service matter.
We'll now use another store for our shipping business and probably will not renew our mail box.
Update to response from Owner:
The Amazon package was NOT a "Ready to Ship". It was not supposed to be taped up with a label. I know the difference and have always taped up the boxes that are Ready to Ship. It's not the $2.00, it's the principal of providing service to your loyal customers. It seems it's something you do not understand.

Excellent customer service - Michelle and Brittney did an excellent job packing a large poster frame with glass pane that needed to be shipped to the east coast. The picture frame arrived ahead of schedule and completely intact. The recipient was thrilled it arrived in one piece. Thank you Michelle and Brittney for all your help and to UPS for such speedy service. I'll definitely use this store again for my shipping needs. I highly recommend them.

Michelle was so hard working and helpfully, my stuff was damaged and lost and stolen during SHIPMENT, which was out of her hands, and she was very consistent with the claim department to honor the insurance that was added and helped me get back what I lost, she’s the best! So polite and helpful and optimistic willing to go above and beyond!!! Thank you Michelle! You’re the best!!!! Workers like you make things so much easier and helpful the way it should be! This has been my go-to UPS for a few years now. I rent a mailbox for my business and usually stop by at least 2 or 3x per week for dropping off shipments and receiving mail. Michelle, the manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure you get the best rates available. I recommend using this UPS store for all your personal and business needs!

I have been coming to this store for awhile now and Michelle really saved my butt today she tracked down my packages and helped me get them out to the correct destination. She literally went above and beyond for me and I thank her so much as it hard times now more than ever, she was caring and made me feel special. Will always have my business ☺. I frequently visit this location for any shipping needs & have always received great customer service. I have gotten helpful tips & have also used them for notary services. Very efficient & always friendly.

the entire staff at this location is amazing. They make you feel like family and are always in a good mood. I recommend all of my firends and family to this store for shipping, notary and mailboxes.

Miscalculated shipping an eBay item. Brittney gave me a crash course in shipping large items along with packaging. Always good to educate the customer.

Brittney had an empty box in the back along with leftover bubble wrap. We got the eBay item shipped for much less than originally quoted. Can't thank her enough.

They helped me out for my mailbox receiving name, Thank you, I was struggling to correcting for my incoming mail, I lost my some of business and lost money. one lady staff call me after I complained about it. She sad it is correct procedure even it is correcting address and mailbox number. the staff is not kindness, I do not want contacting them again even I am losing one year paid mailbox.

We've been using UPS mainly for printing items for our fitness studio, as we're in the same parking lot over at F45 Training Henderson. It's been over a couple years that we've sent things over to print last minute, in color, double sided, posters, many many pages, etc.

The entire team is always on top of getting things. The items are even printed before we even can run over to grab within 5 minutes! Stephanie, Wyatt, Michelle, and the others that have been there have been fantastic!

This is a great place to have my post office box . The staff are friendly and very helpful!! It is a full service UPS store. They take care of all my postal needs.

The nicest people, I ended up going to FedEx because of the extremely pricey overnight, BUT it had nothing to do with the service. I have had documents notarized before and ship from here most all other shipments

I want to comend the UPS store location 2939 , Michele,Wyatt and John are always helpful and go over and beyond in offering great customer service.
