I went to the Havertys in Pine Bluff, AR and Bethany was AMAZING! She has such a Beautiful and Kind Spirit. Bethany, is very Patient. She goes over and beyond for her Customers, and even if she didn’t know something, she asked someone, or figured it out! I absolutely love her Personality. The salesman, Mr. Melvin, was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He also allowed me time to look around on my own and didn't pressure me into buying anything. Most importantly, he allowed me to come into the store even though I arrived before they were opened. That really impressed me because some stores won't let you in unless it's the exact time. I love shopping at this location. All of the employees are super nice. They represent Haverty's extremely well.

Everyone was very polite and professional. They also were very knowledgeable and informative regarding the different types of mattresses that were available. They help assist me with finding the perfect mattress.

I have done a lot business with this location over the course of 4 years. All of the staff are very friendly. Kenny Scott is awesome when it comes to product knowledge. He will never try and pressure you to buy. And will never try to sell you something you don’t need. He will suggest an item you might need to purchase to protect your investment.

From the very moment we walked in, the customer service was amazing!! The lady was nice and answered all of my questions. She even took my phone number at the end of my visit and said she’ll call me if the items that I wanted goes on sale. I’ll definitely be going back.

Furniture shopping takes a long time . When I first went in I was met with a friendly face, Kenny. He invited me to sit and talk about what I was looking for . He showed me several options and assured me the furniture would arrive already assembled and when I was ready for it. He took the time to explain the difference between several different kinds of sofas and fabrics. He was not a used car salesman . Things took a while but I have to live with my selections. Kenny was great and the furniture suggestions seem to be appropriate for my taste and budget. All together a great experience.

Yolanda was wonderful. She took her time to help me decide on a mattress set that fit me the best. Then she showed me a beautiful bedroom set that I am considering purchasing . She is the best!!!

Kenney Scott is always so helpful. He is very professional, and he tries to find what you want or need I live an hour and so away from the store, but that did not stop Mr. Scott from helping me. He made my desire happen.
