Ok. I’ve seen the really bad reviews and I’m sure they have merit, but this whole process is to let the business and consumers know how we feel. So, when I saw the current rating of 1.9 I was very concerned. However, I have to give credit where it’s due so here’s my review:
Yesterday, I had to go in to pick up a script. Unfortunately I had waited until the evening rush at 6pm. When I got inside there were 10 people already in line. I took my place at the back of the line all the way at the end of the aisle next to the vibrating buttplugs and other sex toys I had read about from another review. I noticed they were well staffed behind the counter and here comes the surprise: I was out of there with scripts in hand in 13 minutes. Pleasantly surprised!
I am hoping that the owners/managers have read these reviews from as little as two months ago and have overhauled their services.

I was highly pleased with the Pharmacist, Beverley Namulundu. She was extremely helpful, and very professional in ensuing that my prescription refill was taken care of after a very frustrating experience.

The associate Carey, saw that I needed help and he came over proactively and assisted me. Excellent Cust service

Make sure you sign up for extra care card it’s free and I was able to save a lot of money.

We are regulars at this CVS. Very convenient and usually have anything we are looking for at the last minute or first thing in the morning. CVS app is great, particularly for prescriptions and payment. Save a ton of money using the app coupons and extra bucks. There is a female pharmacist that is the best I have ever met in my life. She is knowledgeable, genuinely caring and attentive and remembers past conversations and people. She is an asset to this store.

I had to make an appointment to get the TDAP vaccine (I'm currently pregnant). Scheduling the appointment online was super easy and Dr. Raj was very kind and friendly! I will definitely be back soon to get the flu shot!

What I love the most about this CVS is the Pharmacy staff. These folks know you by name once you've been going there for a while. They're so very friendly and helpful that it makes everything about the experience worthwhile. (The wait times in the drive-thru are worth it.)

CVS has great deals and helpful associates. I stop by every month for the 40% deal. I always find more essentials while I’m there.

I was having a really crappy day and I went to CVS to get a birthday card. Everyone was so incredibly nice that I felt hugged. Just small talk, but it was nice to get some unexpected attention.

Customer service was good and pharmacy got me my meds fast. Just glad I don’t have to drive far to get meds and what not 😁

The staff in the pharmacy are really helpful. I'm always greeted nicely when I walk in the door and the store is always clean.

Pharmacy folks are polite and friendly . Actually,they are excellent. Very professional.
