Metro by T-Mobile

Everytime I walk into this location I feel welcomed. I have a bond with Mediha and she's always willing to help me. I know I can always count on this store. Her reps and her are fabulous. She cares about her reps and customers. I would recommend this store to everyone. My boyfriend and I think she has a great personality.

I have never had a bad experience at this newest location. Mediha is the most helpful person, I've never left the store wondering what I've gotten myself into. She explains everything in laymen terms, so those of us not too savy with technology, understand. All of the staff members are friendly and take the time to make all of us (the customers) feel welcome within the store. Awesome staff members!!!

She is amazing and goes out of her way to help however I give her a five star review and you’ve got to come to the store and deal with her her name is Mediha happy now!!! She’s the greatest human ever. She always has a smile on her face and willing to help!!!

If you are looking for a new cell phone provider, look no further! You won't find a better deal or better customer service anywhere else. The Manager of this location is amazing and she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. I have referred 8 of my friends and family members to her and her store, and will continue to do so in confidence that they will be treated great and get a great product at a great price.

Mediha is awesome. She got me a phone I wanted for a cheap price. She always listens to my problems when I come in. I recommend her to all friends and family. Love this store!!!!

Austin was great his customer service skills were amazing! He helped me get my phone working again. The store smelled great and was so clean i will definitely be a customer for life!

I went to the blue lakes store and an associate totally screwed me over. Long story short, he didn't do his job, I suffered. I came to the cheney drive store and Austin helped me. O M G he is an amazing asset to the company. He totally saved them from me cancelling and switching. His customer service is 150% If you are with metro, go no where else but here!

Mediha is very friendly. Every time i go in to pay my bill or add a line she's always happy to help. She has the best costumer service. I would recommend her to anyone!

I recommend metro very much. Never have I ever had any problems with the service I so want to commend your employees with metro pcs. Most especially your employee "Mediha" she is a super great employee she knows her stuff and is so helpful. Please she deserves a great wage. Rodrigo was awesome! He was professional, friendly, very helpful and patient with all my questions. The Twin Falls Cheney Drive metro team is the best. I will recommend them to anyone needing a phone or switching companies.

Mediha is a wonderful manager and worker . she is very helpful and very friendly . she got me a really good deal and i wont go to any other metro but hers. Worth the time of day. You won't be disapoointed .
