Ralphs

I do like other stores better (Trader Joe's), however, Ralphs carries everything I need at any given point and it saves me time not going back and forth between stores. The cooked items Ralphs sells here are my favorite, especially the grilled salmon sushi rolls, and just about anything really. I don't know about the employees here because I almost always use the self check-out, but when I do use the normal line I have never had any bad experiences.

Ralph's is great. I know where what I want is, 90 % of the time they have my chocolate milk which by the way has the best flavor of any brand in that cost range from any store they also stock International Delight iced coffee camel. macchiato. I get good grapes and watermelon. With these few things, I go at 12:30 am and do my shopping rub. In ten minutes. I also like the soda specials they run, which outdo even Wal-Mart in price. Because I recently had to do my shopping and stuff after my wife's death, I transitioned from all takeout to getting stuff for my air fryer and cooking some simple things. The best thing about the woodland hills at Ralph's is that I do midnight runs only. Its not busy and the people who work there are good and never hear any drama between the staff compared to the cannot park where they air their laundry right at the register and why they ring you up. At Wh, they showed me how to use the digital coupons, and I the Have you tried such and such that is good. Down to the crispy creme guy will lay a box of doughnuts on you for free sometimes as he cleans out older stock. They just seem to be good people doing a good job and with good attitudes, and it's got reasonably priced stuff with constant sales always. For a guy who never had shopped for food his entire life, I can't ask for any better. The time they stay open til rocks at 1 am I have not a complaint about thee store, food costs is a whole other thing but that's not all Ralph's fault. Try the Woodlands Hills store and its. I love it, a really good example of a well-working supermarket.

I was purchasing a squishmellow that was in a bin and stated it was $5 (this was false it was in the wrong bin), when i went to the register, Hugo, a manager helped us out and the original price of the squishmellow was $30 but he put it down to $10 for out satisfaction. Great guy and really understanding! I've been coming for years and this is by far the best experience I've had here! Thanks Hugo!

I love to shop at this store because, it's kept clean. The floors are always being swept. It is well stocked. The produce is fantastic and always being filled and arranged.

I love George from the meat department. He is so friendly and cuts special cuts of meats for me. I go at different hours and if they are busy they open more registers. The cashiers are friendly and helpful especially, the helpers that bag the items. Being that I am old they take me to the car and unload my purchase into my trunk. I offer to tip but it is refused. I have had the most enjoyable experiences at this store location.

So i was in a couple of days ago and got to meet a wonderfull young man in produce name vince he had glasses hes so knowledgeable about the produce and the source it came from and explained to me how the GMOs and the organic fruits vary he's very wonderful young man this store is very lucky to have this young man working for them he answered all the questions I had and and suggested some fruits that I should take home and try they were delicious we need more people like him at this store

Always have a great experience. Workers are always helpful and friendly, even help me to my car with my groceries. Just need more carts that handicap people can ride in

I definitely recommend that you conduct part of your grocery shopping here. I ran found this business while out hiking with my son. On its own, the store was impressive. That's All i'm looking for is offered there. Specially for my son's things and snacks. All of the meats and veggies were new to me, which I appreciated. They have a vast variety in everything.

My favorite option when craving ice cream at nights. Always fresh goods, clean and very friendly and nice staff. Their self check out is very convenient and easy to use. The only thing that might need to improve a little bit is the maintenance of the restroom, since I go there usually later at night I have found it in very bad shape, horribly disgusting. I don't know if it's the same at any day time but at night, try to avoid it. Other than that, I love it.

Have been using this Ralphs for excess of 10 years, even before I was able to drive a car! The products are always stocked neat and in orderly fashion. Great values with the Ralph's card. Staff are always helpful and polite. Lines can have wait times of 5-8 minutes at busier times( around 4-6?), otherwise you're almost always first in line! Bathrooms are okay, but then again I'm not coming to Ralph's for the bathroom! Will always come again and again!

This has been my neighborhood Ralph's for as long I can remember. Everyone has always been very nice & cheerful. While shopping maybe a week ago I noticed a poultry sale that was a good price. However I couldn't find the particular cut i was looking for so I asked April, one of the grocery associates, who was nice enough to check the back for more. The sale did very therefore most of the chicken was gone for the day but April was kind enough to extend the sale to me. Next day I stopped by the grocery and recieved the sale price for the cut I wanted. Thank you April :)

This Ralphs so far is way better and organized than the countless ones I've been to back in Hollywood. Very big parking lot, no ridiculous gates or railings other than a turnstile, and no mandatory lockers for backpack/purses. They do not have anything from what I can recall behind closed windows other than hard liquor and cigarettes up front which is great so I don't have to wait for an hour for a associate to get laundry detergent. A fair amount of self checkout, cashiers on duty, a bakery section, and a little deli area. Meat, poultry, and seafood seem plentiful to me and rather fresh most of the time, produce included. DMV kiosk, Redbox, and Keymaker are present too. Only bad thing I can say is on some occasions homeless outside near the carts passed out or begging but not often enough to be a factor.

I absolutely LOVE Ralph's !! Their Customer Service is immpecable. They always go above and beyond to make your shopping experience wonderful. Watch for their Thurs and Friday e+coupon DEALS ! and weekly specials, to really save. There is so much more to say that would not even be enough...

Well it had avocados but what made me give them 5 stars was that they had michi ice cream!! Overall it's a clean place and I dont have a problem with them.

I love Ralphs! It has everything I need for groceries.(Love their basil stir fry sauce) With the Ralph's card you get several dollars off your purchase. It's free so everyone should get it.

Friendliest staff in all areas of Ralphs and the checkout stands move fast especially when it's crowded ,and the lines are long those guys and gals are number one and always have something nice to say to you when you get up there,make you feel appreciated

This is my local Ralph’s. Great people work here. Sadly the customers aren’t the greatest as they deal with the homeless and petty thieves. Once I asked what happened to all the baskets and apparently they were all stolen....that’s just sad. 😒
