great store, pristine and organized-you can find exactly what u want easily. and talk about availability of products...they have a wonderful selection of products. they take the time to ask u about your project and treat everyone with great professionalism and respect. i had inadertently left my credit card at home and only discovered that during check out. fortunately, we live nearby so we just jetted home, got the credit card, and went back to the store, where we finished the transaction. they were so generous, jovial, and professional all the way. while i was waiting for my product to be prepared, i looked around the store and found many items i will be pleased to go back for on my next project. thank u Sherwin-Williams, u have a world class staff at the Happy Valley Rd store!

I had a great experience at the Sherwin-Williams store at Happy Valley. I went in frustrated because I had purchased 5 samples of paint from a box store and none of them were the actual color I was looking for. After explaining exactly what I wanted to the sales associate at Sherwin Williams, he educated me on selection choices and helped me pick out 3 samples. All 3 ended up being an almost match. I settled on one and went back the next day to make the purchase. Both visits I was met with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Even though the paint was a bit more expensive, it was worth every penny and I should have just come here in the first place. I highly recommend this store!

I placed an online order which was ready for me to pick up in a short time. In the virus-world we live in, this was a nice option. Prior to this I have shopped in-person at this location and always been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the workers. The product quality and options of product at SW is also a factor. For the few extra dollars I might pay for shopping here vs. a hit-or-miss experience at a big box, it is a no-brainer to work with the professionals here.

Just moved into a new house and had to match some paint on a wall I'd never painted before. Initially took a piece of the wall to Home Depot and they were unable to match it. I took it to Sherwin-Williams and they nailed it, color and sheen. It's a little pricier but the staff were great and recommended that we come back to pick up the paint that weekend when they were having a big sale. Probably saved me $20 or more. If it's an easy job it might be more cost effective to go to a big store, but if it's exotic or difficult this is the place for you.

Dave is a great manager of this store. He is willing to help you with your needs. He has a great support staff including Chris and Dominique that do their best to make every customer happy. If they don't have it, he will order it or tell you where you can get it. Great store.

The lady that took my perder didnt find my occount she charge me 75 a gal for pro mar 200 when my prize is 20 a gal paid more than 1000 for 13 gal

best time to stock up when there is a 40% or more discount. People working there are terrific. fast service and helpful.
