SEPHORA at Kohl's

Workers are very helpful. For example I could not find the ordinary serum, and a very beautiful worker helped me find exactly what I needed.

I had the absolute best experience today at this Sephora. I was helped by a lovely lady named Ebony. It seemed like she was the only one working while it was busy. She was calm, cool and collected while helping every guest. Not only was her customer service great, but she really knew the ins and outs of all the product, knows and explained makeup and skin theory. She matched my skin on the first try but still offered me a different tone according to my preference. I’ve never had anyone understand what I was wanting in my makeup, educate me on it, and match my skin perfectly. And she wasn’t even pushing the most expensive stuff! I hope Sephora treats her right because I want to go to her for all of my makeup needs! Thanks Ebony!!

Great stuff.. but a little overpriced.

They didn’t had samples out color I wanted .employee was no help didn’t know what happen to sample powder .their where alot samples missing .she was no help
