SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGER MICHAEL!!! My experience with this particular local Walgreens (N main St Rockford, Illinois) was quite frustrating due to a lack of communication and customer follow-up on the Pharmacy end. But Thanks to the Manager on duty "Michael" I am at ease..... I sincerely appreciated his empathy, professionalism, listening skills, knowledge, understanding and genuine care and concern..... He needs to be apart of the hiring process to ensure Walgreens "ideal" employees....

Always pleasant people working there. Always has a sale going on and usually what you need oh and sign up Walgreens points and put in your phone number and you get points and they're good at asking. Hey you got x amount of dollars you want to use it today or save it cuz they never expire

The manager, Sheila, went above and beyond to assist us with getting photos of my son, who recently passed away. She was very respectful and caring. I'm not good with technology. So, her help was greatly appreciated. Great place to get your pictures 📸.

The pharmacy staff are excellant. Very helpful and understanding. Every employee throughout the store is very willing to help find something and they do it with a smile.... Even if you walk in 7 mins before closing!! Thank you Walgreens employees for making your store a friendly place to shop!

this pharmacy is 1 of the best I've been to they are friendly and kind and fast the only problem that I see is some of the customers are rude but I've never seen their spirits broken buy these customers keep it up we are you doing a great job DA BEARS
