I am giving this CVS in Shallotte 5 STARS! This location has cleaned up SO much in the past 6-8 months! They never used to answer the phone and it was a little unorganized. Now, they answer the phone EVERY time! It’s also very, clean and organized. I would also like to give a special shout out to Felicia and Jenny!! Every single time I have had any questions or needed anything- they BOTH stop what they are doing and help me. I hope they are recognized by corporate for their OUTSTANDING performance! It cant be easy dealing with demanding customers every single day, but I have never seen either one of them in a bad mood or take any frustrations they may have out on their customers. I can’t say the same for other locations! Thank you Felicia and Jenny for always going above and beyond!! Trust me when I say it’s noticed!!

Ms. Rochelle is absolutely amazing! My daughter needed a new passport picture.As a parent of autistic child, picture time is stressful and takes some time. When we came in, Ms.Rochelle greeted us, gave my daughter a hug and made us feel very welcome. We got a great picture within 5 minutes!! I was very surprised and relieved.
So thank you, Ms.Rochelle, for always being so kind and patient!! Always a pleasure to see you.

I want to thank Felicia and Jenny for all their hard work and dedication at the CVS Pharmacy in Shallotte. Every single time I go to this location they make sure it’s a pleasant experience!! They are friendly and always have a smile on their face! Not only that, they always answer any questions or concerns I have in detail. Jenny takes her time trying to find the best price for me, if my insurance does not pay for certain medications I take. She has never “sighed or acted annoyed” when I ask her to check on different things for me. Felicia has been there for a while (I believe) and I have never seen her be rude or nasty to anyone. She is always going above and beyond helping wherever she can. Thank you both for everything!!!

The cashier and pharmacist went out of their way to help me get my prescription and looked for the best price options for me. I had been waiting for my prescription since the 23rd at Walmart and switched to CVS in hopes that they had my prescription available, since it was on backorder at Walmart. I don't know why there are such bad reviews at this location because they went above and beyond for me and another client that was in front of me. They were a lot more helpful and courteous than Walmart was to me, so for that ya'll deserve 5 stars.

After a confusing mix up from my insurer I purchased a script for nearly $300 out of pocket. When I explained my mistake to the pharmacy attendant, Philisha (Felicia), she gracefully, all very pleasantly and efficiently. contacted the insurer, rescinded the previous transaction and provided me with the script I needed at a savings of $290 I think this overrides the previous negative reviews

LOVEEEE CVS in shallotte. Everyone is so friendly and they really get the job done fast. Will be returning again!!!!

Heather, CVS Pharmacy, is the Queen of Customer Service! We had a last minute emergency, needing Covid anti-virals and test kits. She was SUPER helpful, calling twice to update me on our prescription status. Thanks to Heather we contained the virus and started treatment quickly!

We switched to this location because of problems at another CVS. They were amazing. I think all pharmacies are having a tough time right now and we should be patient with them.

All the pharmacist are so helpful. The staff is very nice. I can’t imagine having to do all they do and still maintain care for their patients but somehow they do.
I am so grateful for this pharmacy.

Nice store , we just moved here everyone has been pleasant and courteous to us . The pharmacy dept. is top notch . No complaints here .
