My daughter and I were so impressed with the employees at this Lowe's location. They actually came and asked if they could help us find anything. We did not have to search them out!!!
After item was located, asked, "What's next?" Omg Thank you. One even went outside to get us a cart when noticing our hands were full. Even after existing the store and heading to the car, another wonderful employee wished us a good day. Wow! Thank you thank you thank you

I really enjoyed my visit to Lowes. I usually go to Home Depot, but I realized right away that Lowes was way cleaner and prettier inside. That may not matter to some people, but as a woman, I felt more comfortable there. The cost of goods is very comparable.. which is most important.

I had an issue with a refund not being processed correctly due to a Lowe’s employee error. The employee(s) refused to correct the error so I escalated my complaint but was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do. After several days, speaking to several different Lowe’s employees, I finally spoke with Megan. Megan was so helpful. She was able to resolve my concern quickly by issuing a refund. Megan is the reason I am giving 5 stars. Lowe’s needs more employees like her!

Will is wonderful he went above and beyond helping me. There were a few other people that were helping me and I'm sorry I don't have their names they were also awesome. Everyone was so professional and they made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Great team in all departments.
The cashier at self check out was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Also I want to give recognition to Teresa that works in the early morning in gardening. She has always been so professional and willing to go the extra mile when helping me, she is an amazing person.

After placing orders at two different Lowe’s stores and having to cancel them due to the item not being in stock like the website advised it was I finally struck gold and found the item in stock here. At least their inventory matches what is displayed online.

Excellent garden selection! If it dies within one year, you can return it, so keep the receipt and the basket it came in!

All I can say is WOW!!! I had the absolute best shopping experience here at the Chandler Lowe's on Ray and 56th. I was greeted with a warm smile (the kind that reaches out from your soul) by the self checkout lady first thing and she was so polite and professional when asking me if I needed help finding anything. While looking in aisle 17 (hardware), Megan and Paul came to my rescue. I didn't have to ask for help, as they asked me if I needed help. I explained my project and both were detrimental in making suggestions and Paul made a suggestion that I wouldn't have thought of, as I would have used self tapping screws. I didn't have to buy the screws, as I have a rivet gun at home with rivets. Paul moved on to assist another customer that entered the aisle, but Megan continued to assist me to make sure I had everything I needed for my project. Upon checking out, Bryce was a pleasant young man ready to assist with all customer's needs. This is the "old time" shopping experience that every customer should encounter!! I will continue to bring my business to this Lowe's store, even though I live 72 miles away. Great management contributes to happy employees, which contributes to that specific store being successful. Keep up the great work and God bless y'all!

Eric could not have been more helpful to a girl that has no clue what's she's doing. I ordered 3 huge pegboards that, of course, didn't fit in my Prius. He took them to lumber and had them cut in half for me. I was doing mental gymnastics trying to figure out what to do and he really came to the rescue. Fist bump Eric!

I was looking for screws, sand paper, and paint. It was easy to find with big blue signs hanging down, showing where the major departments were located

Went to Home Depot for a part.....no have. Went to Lowe's afterward and found what I was looking for. Will go to Lowe's first next time!

I went to the garden section where they are having 50% off clearance sale on pots-- however they have no longer have the size I want on display. When I inquired about it , the sale associate pleasantly reassured me that there are 2 more boxed ones and he proceeded to get it for me with a smile. This is what I call " customer service ".

Lowes is a great place for an all-around selection of home products and (craftsman) tools. They have a great seasonal section. The help needed is scarce sometimes, but if you prefer that like me because I like scrounging around then you'll like that.

I moved to this area two years ago, and this location is closer to me. I never had a bad experience. Sometimes it is hard to find what I need. However, there is always someone willing to help me find it.

Very friendly. Had no problem helping me load large heavy items into my truck at two different locations. Those guys are great!

Lowe’s is miles ahead of the terrible customer service of Home Depot
