they literally denied one single dollar due to a rip on it.

The bank won't take it they said but you can take it to the bank.
That's not very logical.
1) it's illegal to deny America currency!
2) if I can take it to the bank so can you.
3) it is literally a dollar, you will probably hand it out to the next customer.

Update night shift had no problem accepting my ripped currency ...

Suzanne is awesome with amazing customer service skill she is kind and a huge resone I come to the store almost daily.

it was brought to my attention that it was a gm that was helping the store due to short staffing however she was representing the Broadway location and it was a very poor representation of upper management, that makes it even more unsettling.
