The UPS Store

I go to this UPS store location a lot and have for years. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, and you'd think they'd be sick of me after so many Amazon return drop offs but I'm always greeted warmly. I've mailed things from this location too and they always go above and beyond.

My father is 90 yrs old with very limited sight, hearing and ability to walk. He needed a notary and the lady behind the counter was so very extremely kind and caring. Took her time helping him and didn't rush him.
Very pleasant and kind.

Amazing customer service, everytime I come in this location everyone is friendly and ready to help. Bradly is a really knowledgeable employee and extremely professional! Keep up the good work guys! :)

I was able to get my fingerprints done quickly and with no hassle! Employees are nice and helpful. People shouldn’t be so quick to judge and be hateful just because something doesn’t go your way. Policies are in place for a reason!

Been going to this location for 5+ years now. This place SAVED ME my entire time in highschool because we never had a way to print my essays for English and History.

The workers here go above and beyond to get you what you need. If you're unsure how to use the computers or printers, as long as they aren't busy processing packages, they've always helped.

Only gripe i have is they charge you fees for the little things, like accessing the computer... Which is almost entirely essential for faxing documents or printing. Id rather them raise the fee on the actual product thats produced instead of for using the computer...

Been here twice and expectations have been met for sure each time! The second time coming in the young lady whom does the notary remembered me after a few months from being in. Customer service from each employee there was excellent. Keep up the great work!

I've been using their copy & the mail services quite a bit recently for my upcoming wedding. The staff have been so helpful to me with everything that I've needed. They've even been patient with me while I analyze everything and try not to be TOO much of a bridezilla! The whole staff feels so welcoming and treat you like family while still remaining a great level of professionalism. It truly feels as though I get the best quality of service and wish all postal centers were like this! Maybe I wouldn't mind going to the post office then. Ron ESPECIALLY has been amazing and let me take my time in the store and ask questions as much as I wanted. As long as they remain the staff/ owners, I plan to go to this location for anything I need-- even though it is technically out of my way!

Great customer service! My email wasn’t coming up in the store. The store staff helped me log into my email on the store computer and bring up my documents for printing! My needs were satisfied! He was very polite with all of the other customers who came into the store as well!

I consider Ron and Tunisha friends of mine. They are always looking to help customers save as much money as possible and go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. I used to go to any FedEx or UPS, but now I only come here. I have seen some of the negative reviews on here and I have to say that this place has some of the best employees I have met anywhere; that is not an exaggeration.

Called today and spoke with Ron. He was very professional and helpful in helping me locate a missing package. I read other reviews about this store and was apprehensive about calling. Ron put my apprehension to rest by how he handled the situation. I highly recommend this store for their customer service and professionalism.

Black woman with braids helped me out and I've never had an easier time shipping something out. There was quiet a few people there but she attended to multiple people at once and managed very professionally.

Best store ever! I was running late from work and Tanya stayed after her shift to help me out. She went above and beyond. She was super nice! great costumer service.

I had to get a document notorized they were very busy but managed to get my paperwork notorized and handle multiple customers and very patient as one gentleman was called up to counter and he was on a phone call the gentleman working was so patient with this customer and kept it moving I was very impressed with them
