I Visited JcPenny in Cal. City the weekend they were giving out golden tickets. I was fortunate enough to get a 50%. Mr. Bilal customer service was exceptional, above & beyond. He greeted me & proceed to help me locate items I had in my online cart. He spent well over an 1 1/2 hrs. assisting & helping me to complete my purchases with so much patience. His insight & opinions were spot on concerning what goes with what, mixing & matching, getting good quality. I was able have Christmas in August for my family. Please honor Bilal for employee of the month. Bilal, I want you to know that you are much appreciated 👏🏽. Keep it up!!! May God keep & bless you & yours.

As usual, I always find very nice clothing, great prices especially when thy have the door buster sales. I always save a lot and get more items for less. The savings are really great. My aunt and I went shopping at jcpenny in riveroaks shopping mall on Mother's Day, and we got so many bargains that we were just excited we were able to get everything we wanted and then some. I also got an extra percentage off by having a JCPENNY card. I'm pleased 😀

Great store because they cater to the needs of their customers. If something is not in stock. They will gladly order for you. It usually comes within a day or two. Excellent service to customers 👏

I haven't been to JCPenny in years and i had a great experience from staff and the price of the clothes. The clothes had great quality frim what i remember tears ago. I was way happier than going to a Marshall's or another store because you actually find attractive clothes for work. It's not maybe or I hope I find something like other places. It's I found something that I like. Cashiers were very friendly too, and a lady that helped me in the men's section

Had to enhance a gift for my great great nephew n the lady at the jewelry counter was superb!

Customer service was great at check out very friendly and helpful

I needed new eyeglasses and visited the Optical Dept in JCP River Oaks. The Sales Representative was exceptionally knowledgeable plus talking with her (Vernitta Dood) was like talking to my younger sister. I told what I was attempting to achieve with the look of my glasses and she was HONEST in her opinion. Glad I qualified for 'Special Financing' saving more cash!!! Keep it real JCP!!

All those around the shopping time for Christmas and a holidays The lines were pretty smooth The customer service was great in and out

I love Penny's! Shopped for my 8 yr. Old great-granddaughter's birthday! So many good buys! Very satisfied with the quality of their clothes!

Displays awesome and neatly stacked. Prices reflect discounts so no need to assume calculations..

I haven't been here in quite some time. I came to buy my son some basketball shorts. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they have a large selection and a section dedicated to Nike apparel. I'll definitely return.

I love this store! They have a nice selection of clothes, comfortable to elegant, which I don't see much in other stores anymore. They carry wonderful household needs also. Their prices are definitely affordable for the quality of items.

The people here work so damn hard helping some of these dumb people. I wanted to yell at this lady who was so rude to employees and customers but the girl had so much patient. I left to go upstairs and the lady's were so kind and one help with the issue of getting a different size. The lady's at Sephora are okay too. Needs to be more clean through.

I purchased a bracelet from the River oaks store and it was that to my satisfaction I took it back to the Matteson store location and was treated with disrespect and bad customer service I then returned to the River oaks store and that item was returning without any problems

This experience was very helpful, associate was courteous and pleasant.

Very nice store. Better than orland park store. Would recommend to go here or to Ford city Jc penney for sure

2. PLENTY OF MERCHANDISE IN THE STORE
3. STORE WAS CLEAN
4. SECOND FLOOR WAS ABANDONED NO ONE WAS AROUND UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO PURCHASE.
5. PLENTY OF SALES
6. UNLIKE ANOTHER BIG DEPARTMENT STORE HAD PLENTY OF BATH SHEETS.
7. WHAT HAPPENED ‘TO THE DAD’ STUFF LOW SALES MEANS DROPPED BY THE JC PENNY NAME/STORES???!! NOT SURPRISED!
8. CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY

Retrieve a couple items. From JC Penney .Great mellow shopping Run. Lines long but ,it's that time of the year.

I'll give jcpenny in river oaks 5 stars for the reason being I used to come here a very very long time to go to there optical which was awesome great eye doctor and employees and yeah used to shop at the store to at times. I remember coming to the mall as well but hadn't been here or the mall in like 8 or more years but had to come here for to get some thing they had and all I can say is through all the years that I haven't been here it really has changed and they're hardly any stores..
