I come here to get my medicine and the pharmacy ladies are so kind. One did me a favor after seeing how upset I was with not being able to have my prescription on time. Honestly one of the best cvs places I’ve been too. If you’re looking for friendly people and good service, this would be where I would go.

Kathy is the rudest pharmacist there. Everytime I see her there she is gossiping and then she is rude to the customers

This particular CVS pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Not once, not twice, but EVERY time I need something from this pharmacy, the customer service is TERRIBLE. Today, I showed up for my scheduled COVID booster in which I was told in advance I needed my ID and ins card - and had. When I was finally acknowledged, the woman asked me if I had my CDC card showing previous vaccines. (None of the scheduling communication EVER indicated I needed my CDC card.). I said no, but I had a picture (which has my name and can be verified with ID) and I hv a “My Chart” account which shows my history. She told me I HAVE to have the CDC card. WHY?? The employees in this place do EVERYTHING they can to get rid of you. It’s infuriating, and typical of this particular pharmacy. How about trying to find ways to help someone instead of trying to find ways to get rid of them?

Very rude service, pharmacist is rude, condescending, & lies to customers. Ignorant of (or blatantly defies) State law & promotes the spread of disease by their biased & selective practices!

MULTIPLE Meds on Walmart's $4 plan, costs $100 here WITH INSURANCE, got at Walgreens for $4.65...
Elderly family member pays triple the price for her medicines here, which is ridiculous, since there is so much competition these days.
And seeing how there's a SENIOR LIVING COMPLEX right down the street, you'd think they'd offer SOME TYPE of delivery service given how they'd benefit from the extra patients & other business they would get... Even if they made a trip every week... NOT forward thinking nor business savvy, to allow an opportunity like that to pass them up!
Oh well, today was the very first time my call was answered in UNDER 20 mins & wasn't treated rudely & unfortunately for them, it was our LAST CALL to their pharmacy since we've transferred our loved one's scripts OUT of there!!

My wife went on Sunday 8-8-2021 to get a Covid test at 11:30 A.M. came early and got right in at the drive through. Lady was nice and explained everything.
So she did the Covid test I put It in the box for my wife. We were told 1-2 days and she’d have the results, nope it’s now Wednesdays night and nothing. Went and called 3 times and no answer. She could have Covid but wouldn’t know because the lack of communication between this facility and whomever. My wife went and got a test in SB and tested negative thank god. She missed a few days of work just waiting on the text for results and well, she’s of been out of work for god only knows how long if she waited on CVS to get her results to her.

Trying to get ahold of ANYONE in the pharmacy is a JOKE. My doctor called in a script two hours before I got there. Tried for 30 minutes to get through to see if it was ready. Decided to drive over instead. Was told by staff they didn’t have the script. Called the doctor while I was there and they said they called it right after hanging up with me—miraculously they found it.

CVS has some of the highest market prices for medication in the Market. If you take daily medication call around. Meijer, Costco, Kroger... all less in price overall.

I had one question and 1 question only I was on hold for 26 minutes, if you're that busy then your too busy. Obviously they need more personnel.
