I frequent this GNC almost every day right before I work out at the Fitness Connection next door and every time I walk through the door the manager greets me with a smile and my name. She has not only made me excited to work out but also excited just to decide what pre-workout I want to try that day. She is amazing and makes working out and a healthy lifestyle seem accessible for everyone. DO NOT LOSE HER

Knowledgeable of their products and great customer service!!

Just left this store and I’m very satisfied. Adrian was the only one working, and I was greeted upon arrival as he checked another customer out. His customer service was remarkable as he came to ask me if I needed help. I asked him about products and recommendations and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying what he recommended. Meanwhile, another customer was looking for a certain product and the store was out of stock. The customer seemed to be disappointed but he apologized for the inconvenience several times, even though I’m sure that wasn’t his fault. Just an overall very positive experience. This is the only gnc I go to, and I will continue to. Hire more people like Adrian.

Good, solid selection. Manager is a good dude. He cares about his clientele and reaches out to foster relationships with regulars. We drive past another GNC store so we can patronize this one. We recommend.

Asa is the man who always has a plan. Never had someone treat me as family from a store. I’ll never go anywhere else unless asa moves. Best gnc I’ve ever been too! Adan is also a great guy too and they both are interactive while helping find the right supplements for me.

The store Manager, Asa, was absolutely fantastic! He helped me find the supplements I wanted to try, and the vitamins and other herbal relief remedy I needed. He also made sure I got the internet sale prices as advertised, and answered all my questions in record time! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service! Thank you Asa!

I have been a loyal customer of GNC’s for around 30 years or so. Due to a series of miscommunications and horrible customer service at corporate I decided to discontinue my auto shipments and my dealings with GNC. Their customer service people and the supervisor I spoke with was inept at best. This was a month ago.

Much to my chagrin I had to go into a GNC store today to get the vitamins I’ve been taking for years now. I haven’t yet been able to find anything elsewhere that was compatible to what I take. I spoke to a senior store manager named ASA FRITH. This man should be their corporate trainer. He genuinely cares about his customers and from I could tell, people in general. He asked why I only wanted to buy 1 box of vitamins. I told him the story and he seemed very disappointed by the way I was treated. We both agreed that the whole situation was very avoidable.

So to conclude let me just say the ASA FRITH went way above and beyond his call of duty and reeled me back in as a customer. To say that this gentleman is an asset to GNC would be an understatement. I sure hope they can recognize just how valuable of an employee he is and that he is compensated accordingly.

The tall man with the glasses (I assume he's the manager) it's very good at what he does. I appreciate the fact that his customer service isn't fake. He's genuine with wanting to help. Deserves a raise!

This store carries a wide variety of supplements and well being products. The manager and employees are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service continuously. I have been a customer for over a decade.

Asa was a great help. He helped me find what I needed, answered all of my questions, educated me a bit on pre-workout and helped me find one that would work best for me. He also figured out ways for me to save money and get more bang for my buck! Thanks Asa!
