I am beyond appreciative and happy with the help of rite aide. Not only was the lady I spoke to fast and helpful she was very kind. My son's medication is on back order and I had no idea. My pharmacy which was cvs never called to let me know anything about thus issue. At cvs pharmacy no one ever called to tell me my son's medication was low or out of stock. I called and the lady was rude at cvs, insane! THe day of refill Cvs informs me his medication is out for the next few months! No one called me days in advanceed about this issue. Which is an issue that should have been informed days before hand. Shame on cvs pharmacy I was panicking. My son who is non-verbal, Adhd-extremely hyper, and has Autism needs his medication for school to calm down his brain so he can sit still and concentrate. I called every pharmacy near me basically in tears trying to find my sons medication. I called Pittsburgh area they all said the same thing no medication for atleast 2 months.. what was i supposed to do now? My sons poor teacher is already stressed out without the medication i couldn't even imagine how stressed he would be dealking with just my child. Who is a habdful on medication. I was beyond stressed out thinking about this. I called rite aide and surprisingly the nice lady said yes we have them call your drs office and have it fax over asap. I did and not even an hour past and my son's medication is being filled. I am beyond grateful!! And happy because the lady was very nice. Thank you rite aide pharmacy.! I will always do business through you guys. I will always let everyone know how amazing you guys are. Unlike CVS. I'm sure the rite aide cooperation would be very proud of their employees today. I will always get my meds through rite aide now. Cvs pharmacy needs to take notes! Rite aide helped a 12 year old Handicap boy be able to concentrate at school today. So thank you!

A good pharmacy

The store associates were great but the pharmacist was impatient and I am still waiting for my prescriptions a week later. Was told they would ready in 2 days. Doctor wanted me to ask about a medication and the pharmacist said they couldn't help me that I had to contact the manufacturer of the medication.

Need a better phone system tried 2 or 3 times to renew prescription and either kept ringing and pharmacy never answered. Only used them twice since being transferred from Valentine pharmacy. I'll try again later.

The staff is either great or completely rude, and they often close the pharmacy early. It’s pretty frustrating when you make a trip to the pharmacy after work to find out their closed 15-20 minutes early.

All depends on who is working when you go there. There are a few wonderful employees and then a few miserable ones. Even if you call in and they tell you your prescription will be ready by a certain time doesn't mean anything; you can arrive and then an issue that was never mentioned will happen and you don't even get your prescriptions. I miss Brownsville Rite Aid they are friendly and so helpful and go above and beyond for all of their customers. Would definitely switch back if they delivered to me.

Their hours say Sundays till 6pm for the store Pharmacy closes at 5pm online and on the recording when you call in . I drove clear across town to show up at 4:58 and doors are looked . If they changed hours management should do their job and change online and on recording . Very inconvenient to leave the house only to go there for nothing .

Our prescriptions were transferred here from Valentine's pharmacy in Smithfield Pa. and are severely upset with service! They did not have are insurance info. Been there 3 times. No communication all terrible service and wait time!!! Transferred them to another pharmacy, you should do the same!
