Nice place in waterford to get every things need check in pics

Best price for gas , coffee and pops. Other then I can't complaints. Only restroom are not allow for costume. OK with me.

This Marathon Gas has a decent selection of snacks and drinks, but a lot of their chips and related snacks are far expired. When looking for a bag of fresh onion rings, my girlfriend found that all of theirs are expired. When pointing this out to the cashier and asking if discounts are offered on out of date snacks, she said no and that they receive full refunds for expired food.

While I do believe this is true, it unfortunately doesn't explain why there is so much expired food. Can the staff not spend some time checking their merchandise and getting it off of the shelves so that unknowing customers aren't buying and leaving with potentially ruined food that they won't realize until they first start eating it? Try to raise your standards, folks.

There is never any receipt paper at the pumps.

No public restrooms here. When I asked if he knew of a place nearby, he said, “No.” There’s a much nicer Marathon up the road with a nice restroom, better and bigger stocked convenience store, and much more polite staff.

I never thought I'd leave a review for a gas station. Usually, the screen provides a prompt asking whether or not I'd like a receipt. But it said Please See Cashier. So I went inside. I asked the gentleman if I could get a receipt. He said, "Receipts are out there, man." I said, "I'm sorry?" & he repeated himself. And I said, "I was not given that prompt." & he printed off a receipt & handed it to me without looking. I said thank you. It's not like he was busy stocking or helping someone else. It was just us. AND that was not even the correct receipt! Unfortunately, this is one of the better interactions here. This is the same place that had expired drinks. I also overheard an employee at the nearby tire shop helping "yet another person who bought tainted gasoline from that Marathon near Waterford."

Both workers clearly don’t care about service or maintenance, the vapes are fake and there’s ants in the coffee powder in the machines. I go thru 100s of gas stations and this stands below

Staff was extremely rude. There's 3 other marathon ls in a 3 mile radius and it's would be worth your time skipping this one.

Don’t buy vapes here, every breeze I’ve bought from this Gas Station has come bunk and what should last me a week will come tasting nearly dead and die after only a two or three days. And the employees here are rude and unprofessional, if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

RUDE!!!. Is the best way to describe this location. They are constantly talking on the phone. Acting like it is an inconvenience to attend us at the register. Many items, milk and juices expired. When I bring it up to their attention, they seem offended by it. Granted I do it as a favor to them, I've been told before " if you don't like it, don't buy it" for a convenience gas store, they are anything but convenient. I rather drive 5 min to a different gas station than to deal with their bad service.

I used to buy bait worms from here to feed my pets every other week for almost 2 1/2 years. Last time I purchased some I got home and they were long dead and moldy, which was not what I came to expect buying from here. When I returned to get a refund/exchange the woman was extremely rude and said it was MY fault for not checking them before buying and then straight up ignored me. It is the store's job to ensure their product is good and ok to sell, not the customers. They were charging $10 for two cases of worms where they sell them for $4 elsewhere, I feel so scammed. Will not be buying from here ever again.

The bathrooms were a mess and the chips were thrown everywhere! My son found a dead rat in one of the freezers!!

Paid in advance at register with card that now comes up as atm transacton. Would have paid at pumps if there had been a skimmer ckd sticker on them. Was told bathroom out of order and couldn't use. Female cashier not friendly asked like she didn't want us there.

If you are driving through and your vehicle is low on fuel and your bladder is ready to explode, just go elsewhere. Their bathroom is for employees only, NOT even paying customers can use it. You paid $20 for gas? Go down a country road and urinate next to a tree. 🙄
