Crystal is amazing!!!! I called looking for a very specific and highly sought after item. She worked with the manager to hunt it down from inventory the truck just brought it. She was kind and thoughtful which is so rare these days! Thank you for making my holiday season so very special!!!

Kirkland’s is the one place you’ll find that hard to find gift for your special someone. It’s not hard to see why this place usually has a good group meandering the store. Different types of wares and gifts than you’ll find at the local big stores. Take a few minutes and stroll the store. I’m sure you’ll find something to take home. If not, you’ll likely see something you’ll plan another visit to buy.

Phenomenal customer service at the Clarksville location. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Michelle and Keith really made my day. I came into the store twice and was shocked that they remembered my name the second time as hours had passed and I’m sure they encountered many more customers. They went above and beyond to help me locate items on both visits. Kindness definitely goes a long way. <3

I'm sure if you've been to Kirkland's before, you know what to expect inside. The women working there greeted us and offered their help. But we didn't even know what we were looking for since it was a Christmas gift for someone who has everything... basically. We grabbed the first item and got excited about how great and unique it was...until we walked a few feet ahead and found another item that was almost perfect. We put down the first item, and picked up the new one. As we headed to the other side of the store (bad idea) we found a third item that was going to push the one in our hands out. We voted on it, and the third item won the battle. However, you guessed it, the fourth item won the war. This place is amazing. Super clean, everything had its place. Not a cluttered mess like similar stores to Kirkland's. Environment was peaceful and relaxing. I can't wait to go back. This time I'll be buying several things.

I was checking out & accidentally left my phone on the counter. It took me about an hour to realize it. When I called, the cashier had placed my phone in a drawer for me!! Honesty is very rare & I'm so thankful they were! The store is always really clean & organized as well!

I have fallen in love with this store. I always thought it was full of stuff I could never afford...thats not the case. They are always having sales! If you don't like strong smells...avoid Kirklands. Lol.

I had the best customer service I have ever had in any retail establishment ever today. I will forever be a Kirkland's customer because of the service today. Jeff at the Clarksville, location working on May 10th at 2pm went above and beyond! I was looking for a specific item. When they didn't have what I was looking for on the floor he grabbed a device and showed me what they had in back. He not only helped with selections but worked with me while sitting on the floor accommodating my very, over tired soon to be two year old. Already surprised by Jeff's helpfulness and patience he proceeded to be a blessing by providing a balloon for my little guy as we were making final selections. We ended our trip with Mr. Jeff loading my items in my car. This exhausted, worn out Mama was just about to have a meltdown myself after doing everything I could to keep a toddler behaving. We almost left the store empty handed. As hard as today has been, I will never forget my shopping experience today at the Clarksville, TN Kirkland's. Thank you so much for showing kindness Mr. Jeff. (I really do hope I remembered your name correctly 😬)

I love wandering around this store. Always new and interesting things to look at. I got chairs for my dinning room here one day they were on sale. Good coupons emailed often.

Found a great buy for a beautiful floor length mirror for a burgent price. The sales associate was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping in store or online.

Love the atmosphere and their overall inventory. Great pieces and fair prices. The sales are great and the fact that they do a military discount is awesome in a city near a base.
