AT&T Store

Harmony was one of the best customer service agent that spent 3 days helping me download all my 200,000 photos and videos of my kids and memories. She went way beyond my expectations. She was super courteous, charming and professional. She made the process so easy and efficient. When I decide to buy my next AT&T iPhone I’ll definitely buy from her again. Thanks, Harmony! 💕

Would rate an extra few stars if possible simply because of how friendly and helpful Eric was. From my experience everything he recommended us was a huge upgrade and were even cheaper than any other place. He also helped my mom potentially cut our cable bill in half by letting us demo direct tv.

Eric spent the better part of a day helping my family set up their new phones. We had a bit of a complicated issue because two of us decided to trade our new phones. He remained patient and tackled every obstacle we encountered. We did not buy our phones there so his compensation for the day was limited to accessories we purchased. Pass by the corporate store next time and swing by this store instead.

I came in and was helped by Harmony (I think that was her name, I only briefly saw the cards on the desk she was seated at) and she was so kind and fun to talk to. She was fast and efficient and such a genuine person! This was the most positive experience I’ve had at an AT&T store.

Eric Flores was helpful and kind. He was able to balance our needs with other customers and I left feeling like I had been well taken care of. Thank you Eric and I hope you find your cat!

Harmony lasted almost 2 hours fixing a problem we never thought can never be fix. Also Eric the store manager went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. You should choose this store for your new upgrades.

I went to the AT&T store to purchase a new iPhone. The manager was very helpful me select the phone and accessories.

My mom and I came in the day before a holiday to find one person working - he was engaged with another customer at the time (they were on the phone with AT&T). He still greeted us with clear expectations that he was involved with this other person and would be with us as soon as possible.

He set timers on his phone so he remembered to check in with us - even handled a particularly rude customer. Did it take him a while to get to us? Yes but the thing about phone stores is you never just get in and get out. If you’re coming in and are in a hurry, that’s the wrong time to go.

He was able to help us upgrade one line and activate a new phone on another. He even let us just wait and do all the updates to the phone before we left.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had great service here and I know it won’t be the last.

This is my 3rd time at this store. Eric the manager runs the best phone store I’ve ever been to and I’ve been buying phones since the bag phone!! Great customer service which is hard to find. They take great pride in getting you the best products and walking you through the best services. I would recommend going to see them even if you have to drive!!

Harmony helped me switch my phone over to the new one I had purchased! She was patient and understanding and did exactly what I needed!
