ALDI

I've worked as a manager trainee from Florida setting up new aldi's locations Aldi's is a great company but demands your absolute best the store is set up very good. The aisles need need to be boxed up frequently as that is the normal policy. Cooler needs to checked every hour, the walk in freezer needs to be checked and documented every 1 hour and ti see if theirs anything that needs to be taken out. It's a new crew, so there is some growing pains. I've had to mention that the store was out of kale, would be be so kind of checking the walk in cooler where it is stored. She did and found a couple of boxes of kale. I no longer work for them but I do know what is expected of the employee's

Very nice location of Aldi. It's brand new so it's still very clean and well organized. My biggest complaint, and it's minor, if I'm forced to do self check out because the workers are busy restocking, which is fine... Can the prompts stop talking to me every 5 seconds? I'm not as fast as the Aldi checkers, I understand the process, telling me what to do every 5 seconds only makes me anxious and slower. Give me a mute button!! Of course I'll be back, I love Aldi.

It's so nice to have an aldi close to my house! Love their 15 cent paper bags! The handles on them things are so convenient! Self checkout pretty cool as well

I am exceedingly excited to have an ALDI so close to home. I was also thrilled to see all the self checkouts in our new store tonight. Definitely will be doing the majority of my shopping here now!

I saw the "now open" sign on my way home this afternoon so I decided to stop in to see the store without the intention of purchasing anything. The store looks great and definitely more spacious than the aldi further down the road. They have a good variety of different types of products as well as name brand items. I was very happy with the variety of baking items such as brownie and cake mixes. There was a good selection of different breads, bagels, rolls, and dessert breads. What I was most excited for was the array of German products like the chocolates, meat items available in the "deli" area, coffee, and the different German desserts. In the future I hope to see German frozen food products as well and gravy or dumpling mixes! I did encounter two gentlemen associates on the floor while shopping they were both extremely friendly and professional. I did not grab a cart when I came in because I did not plan on shopping. Next thing I know I had my arms full with things. I ended up dropping a few items, picked them up and continued on my way. The next thing I know, one of the employees must have seen me drop the items because he came running over to me and said, "ma'am would you like a box to put your things in?" Very thoughtful for him to go out of his way and then run over to the aisle I was in!!! Even though I do love Aldi, I was not willing to drive to the older store further down N. Oak before this location opened because in my mind it was further than I wanted to drive. This one is very close to where I live so I am glad that it is here!! I used the self check out and realized when i went to pay with cash that there wasn't a slot to stick money into. So the only suggestion I can think of currently is to have a sign for the self checkouts informing customers that it is card only.

I'm a longtime ALDI shopper. Glad to see this new store opened for business last week. This new store is gorgeous and has slightly wider aisles than the older ALDI stores nearby. It will probably become my go-to store since it's closer to where I live.

This Aldi is nicer than others I've shopped. Cleaner, with large aisles and self-checkout. As always, there was a nice section of cheeses and some great stuff in the freezer section.

Very clean and easy to get around in the aisles at the Aldi. You can find what you're looking for here without needing to ask for help.
