I bought wipers (Bosch Envision) and had assistance in picking out the blades. When I got home, the blades didn't have the proper attachment. I took them back and the manager, got the right blades on and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Great experience.

Had to come in for a new battery, Chris the store manager took care of me and I was in and out in less then 15 minutes... Highly recommend

It's the only hardware store in bargerwood for miles so you know whoever opened it is smart. Autozone is my go to hardware store bc everything is easy to find and they always have the part that I need

Staff here was very friendly and professional. Helped me out quickly when the dealership questioned my in-warranty Duralast battery during a service call. Testing and replacement was very fast. Been coming here for years and service has always been great - today was no exception. Thank you!

Needed fasteners and screws to install rear inner wheel well liners which were not part of the basic package when the truck was purchased. Found what was needed and a nice, polite lady assisted me when I couldn't see clearly following a very unsatisfactory cataract surgery and recovery. Thanks Autozone for your kind assistance.

Very clean, well organized. Staff greeted upon entry of the store. They didn't have the air filter for our Jeep. We were leaving, again a friendly greeting.

Kyle and Zack at the location of (135 and smokey row next to Kroger) have succeeded expectations on how customer service should be. They didn't have the part I was looking for , so instead of making me wait for a delivery and missing another day of work, they went and picked the part up for me. Got the part within 20 minutes. They also helped me out with diagnosing the issues I was having with my Ram. They don't just treat you like a customer. These 2 guys have my ultimate respect. I hope they see this review and know that their hard work doesn't go unnoticed!!

I’m new to Indiana and came to the closest autozone to me for a battery testing and dealt with both Alex and sue….there was a point where sue didn’t think we’d be able to get the battery out but Alex he was awesome and insisted on trying he got the old out and replaced the new one and it saved me 22$ they were both very helpful and kind! Highly recommend this location!

Came in for a windshield wiper with no idea if I could even put it on...the nicest female employee got me the correct blade & offered to put it on for me. Took her like 2 seconds!! As I drove away I put blessings upon her. I hope she hits the Lottery

Stopped in to get a new headlight bulb and they were kind enough to install it for me even though it was a pain!!

So the staff that was working the day before Thanksgiving was AWESOME! all 3 were so kind and so nice and so helpful!
