AT&T Store

Service is always amazing. Very helpful and they think of the customers needs and try everything they can to make sure the job gets done. I would recommend to friends and family for sure. A+ rating for me. 🙂

The store manager that took care of my wife and I was very personable and valued what we had to say and what we wanted out of the visit . He was very informative of everything that was going to happen and what was currently happening. I would very much recommend this establishment to anyone seeking phone services !

David went above and beyond working with me for almost 2 hours to get Internet set up in my new house! The previous owner left a balance and there was a hold on the address, but he knew what to do to get me set up. Can't thank him enough for his patience and expertise!

Had a huge issue in store. The SM called and fixed the bill and issue. We appreciated the SM taking the initiative to take care of their customers to not lose our business.

Miranda was awesome. Very attentative, only issue was having to call to verify it was me doing a transaction online that was canceled for identity issues. (Not her fault) Everything went smooth and quick and I would recommend her to anyone ☺

Just upgraded plan & phone. This store is awesome!! Shout out to Ms. Destinee, she was kind, efficient, & professional. I hate doing an upgrade but this one was somewhat easy & painless. Many thanks to all staff. Highly recommend this location.

Kenny at the Greenfield IN store was absolutely amazing! After having several bad experiences starting up with AT&T he made sure everything was perfect before we left. He made sure to put us first and get us the best discounts.

Ah-mazing service. After my experience through Walmart and trying to set up my phones which was awful. These ladies Destinee and Victoria helped me out so much. Got my bill reduced because it was t set up properly and also found out that the insurance was t set up right either. Y’all need to come to this store and get your cell service done right by these two!!!

I went into this AT&T a bit ago and wow. It’s definitely changed since my prior visit. The guest interactions, feelings of urgency, and always feeling welcome to ask questions, were all on par with great customer service. I applaud the two ladies that were working in there at the time of my visit. Definitely got a solid customer now.

Also, she helped me save money, so that’s always a plus!!

Kenny and crew were extremely helpful. I went in to get a discount through my work applied to my policy and Kenny went out of his way to get me a better deal and were funny and pleasant to work with.

I own a Motorola phone through consumer Cellular with AT&t as my provider. I was having problems being able to see anything on my phone unable to call out or call in. I came to AT&t to see if they could help me. Angel was the AT&t representative in the store and she was wonderful. So helpful in every way possible. Not only was she helpful but looked and was extremely professional. She not only helped me with the problem that I had but went over other areas on the phone to help me understand how to do some things on my phone. I cannot say enough good about her service to us today. The location of the store is on Greenfield in Mesa Arizona

Had an amazing experience there with truly awesome customer service. Victoria helped me and I remember her name specifically because she was just absolutely great. I came in with a broken phone and a phone service with Xfinity, and Victoria immediately started a new plan for me, gave me a new phone that was 2 models newer than the one I had (for $60 after trading in my broken one!), lowered my monthly bill, raised my data limit, and was super pleasurable through it all. Just an absolutely great experience with great service. I wish everyone was like this.

The representatives star, Victoria, and Logan were absolutely great not only did they explain everything to me but they also explain the charges and what they would be, also how I could save money. I upgraded my phone and also added on a watch phone as well. They did the transfer for my phone and also set up my watch for me. What a great group of people working there very knowledgeable in Apple products phones. I will definitely go back there if I have any issues or want to purchase any other devices.

I am very satisfied with my experience at the Greenfield IN AT&T store and would recommend this location to anyone who is having any wireless issues. Victoria is absolutely amazing can't thank her enough for all her help. I think the staff at this location are all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They always greet you as soon as you walk in and if they are busy they let you know they will be with as soon as possible. Very satisfied customer 👌
