Brownstown is a small town so when you go in their CVS you get the same feeling. Seems like everyone knows one another and they are very friendly and helpful. Especially the one Pharmacist which I can’t remember his name but he is a little taller than me (I’m 5’1) and wears glasses. He is the absolute best! Very helpful and friendly. This CVS is the best!

Our family has always received excellent service at the Cambridge City, Indiana, CVS store. We hope there are no plans to close this store since it is the only pharmacy within a few minutes of our house.

New pharmacist (dark hair/glasses) is extremely rude, talks to his techs like trash, and talks down to customers… and the older female tech with long black hair (always wrapped up on her head) also EXTREMELY rude, doesn’t want to help customers or answer questions about medications, acts like it’s a hassle for her to do her job…. As for the 2 younger female techs, they are absolutely amazing. Super helpful, super nice.. the current pharmacist does not deserve these 2 girls

First off just let me say, the employees are excellent. I’ve had no issues with absolutely anybody, except for the store manager. The guy literally talks to his customers like they work for him. Definitely won’t be returning.

The male Pharmacy employee with Black hair wears glasses is very rude!
Said I wouldn't die without my sugar being checked .
Was in need of sensor and my script ran out and I didn't know.
Really! My sugar goes off the charts at times from pain due to Cancer and stress. Very rude person needs another job.
Wonder if he is Diabetic, dealing with Cancer. I've been dealing with 2 and aftermath of over 40 radiation treatments and chemo .
Rude! Rude! Rude!
The gals there are pretty nice.
I'm sure their job is tedious and stressful too but they are nice.

I stopped in this morning after leaving the dentist, to see how long it would take to have my prescription filled before I headed home. I live in Bedford, so thought I would just stop here first and try to save time. I stood at the drop off window in plain view of two pharmacy employees, who continued to ignore my presence even after several minutes. One male employee and one female employee whom I could plainly see her look at me out the corner of her eye, and still ignore me. Finally I left. This behavior is completely unacceptable, at any business!! These employees obviously need some customer service training. Just keep in mind, without your customers, you wouldn’t have a job!! I did call and speak to the manager, who said she would speak with them. She apologized for their behavior. I sincerely hope she does speak with them like she said she would. I won’t be frequenting this establishment anymore when I happen to be in the area. I would’ve given zero stars if possible, except for the fact that the manager did offer some assistance with the issue. She was also very nice while speaking with me over the phone!

I'd advise if you're a type 1 diabetic go somewhere else they never have my syringes in stock and it's very frustrating!!!
