Lowe's Home Improvement

I usually shop for home improvement stuff at Home Depot and live in Essex County but I checked my directions and this location is only a 15 min drive so I decided to give Lowe’s a shot. The store is so much cleaner and organized than Home Depot. Lowe’s is huge so finding anything can be hard even the employees don’t know where anything is due to the size. But I was able to get what I need and the girl in self checkout was kind and respectful.

Thank you Chris from bath department for thinking outside the box and being so patient with me. Store associates like you keep customers like myself coming back. Your world class customers service relieved my shopping stress & frustration today and I greatly appreciate you for your assistance. I would have return 2 shower heads out of frustration if it was not for you going above and beyond and helping figure out the 3 washer for the shower head was pre-installed.

Always find what I’m looking for. The associates are very helpful without you having to ask. Prices are slightly cheaper than Home Depot. Will always go to Lowe’s 1st before Home Depot. Customer service is excellent. Can always find an associate to get assistance. Was very impressed with the associates offering assistance. Very friendly and courteous employees! Way to go Lowes!

I come here all the time and Efren always helps me out. He is very kind and makes sure I have everything I need. He helped sign me up for the loyalty rewards program! Now I can start earning points on my frequent purchases.

Stopped by Lowe’s to get some things to remodel my bathroom ( fixtures, vanity mirror). I was helped by Tyree and Keno, these two gentleman were great with their overall knowledge and helping us get out of reach items. We definitely appreciate their assistance

I went there today to get a couple of things I needed to patch up some holes in my wall and a sander. Miguel the older gentleman assisted me, he walked past me and asked me if I needed help which was so amazing.im sure I looked a little lost. He directed me to the right aisle. I later came back and had a couple of more questions because I wasn't sure what kind of sander paper would fit n he even demonstrated how it fit properly. He was so helpful, so sweet and sincere. I will definitely be coming back and looking for my go to guy Miguel. Thankyou so much!

Alright so hear me out... I was at the pep boys waiting for my oil change and I wanted to have somewhere a bit more private to have a phone discussion with someone so I walked over to Lowe's and found myself a comfy chair and table and sat in it. No one bothered or questioned me, some workers saw me but saw that I was respectfully testing out the furniture and they were fine with it. I didn't eat or take my mask off. And after a while I felt comfortable being there because I heard the announcement say, "stay cool remember to take a break from the heat and be careful" I really appreciated that. (The real feel was 100+ that day) Also the older door man/security was sweet as soon as I came in and when I was leaving too! Just great overall 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Well my basement flooded on Halloween night while I was giving out candy on the front lawn and talking and laughing with neighbors. Meanwhile my expansion tank next to my hot water heater started leaking and then gushing! After all the damage was removed it was time to shop for carpeting. Lowe’s had a great selection and sales staff and most all Havier and Jose real strong gentlemen installed my carpet making it look like a palace! I am so grateful to the whole Lowe’s team at the Paterson NJ site. Shout out to Miss Michele who made the ordeal go smoothly. Five stars indeed!!!!

We din't find any help and when a color lady came to help us she was very mean and was in rushing that we decided to go but in a way out we found a kind Spanish person who help us. Thank you Lowe's for your hard and kind Spanish workers.

Chris in plumbing was absolutely fantastic. The staff all over was helpful in any department or aisle we were in. Selection was great and would definitely go back. Ironically we ran to Home Depot in the same day and the shelves were empty, staff ignored us and no one assisted when you asked.

My visit yesterday to Lowe's H.I.was good. I had only gone there to pick up an item I bought online. But from all appearance, shoppers were there buying salts, tools and stuff pertaining to the Imminent advent of the snow. The employee who dealt with me was so courteous and attentive. It's a great place to shop!

I’ve been searching to get a custom sized replacement glass for my diploma frame. Most of the online retailers are charging outrageous prices ($150+) for it. So glad I checked out Lowes and Home Depot at the end. Apparently Home Depot does not offer glass cutting service but Lowes does. And the price for their replacement glasses are so reasonable too (received mine for less than $20). I definitely want to give a shout-out to Pat, the specialist who assisted me. He warned me about the marginal error in cutting and asked if that’s ok with me. He offered advices between choosing glass replacement via OPTIX replacement. He was able to cut the glass in the perfect size within minutes and helped with cleaning the glass too. Wonderful services and I can’t be happier with this purchase! 😁

Last week I was shopping for paint here because my burrito exploded on my basement walls and did not know where to find anything. Thankfully an angel from heaven descended from a ladder and helped mw. Her name was Carolyn. She directed me to the paint section and even helped me select the correct color. Apart from being very helpful and knowledgeable, her sense of humor made the purchase all the much better! I am so grateful for Carolyn, without her my walls would still have burrito on them and I would not have met the greatest Lowe's worker in the world.

After 6 lengthy and frustrating calls to Lowe's customer care and the Paterson, NJ store over several weeks to resolve an issue, Mike, an assistant manager at the store (#2328) was finally able to help. He, along with the manager on duty at the time, did the right thing for me, the customer. He removed a layer of stress, and I'm now loyal to Lowe's at a time when loyalty really matters the most. Thank you so much again, Mike.
