Big Lots

I love the wide array of items that you have to choose from in the store. Even with prices of everything today being Sky High I find their prices Fair... and their staff friendly.

Better costumer service and pricing, than any other furniture store in Auburn. Food is very hit or miss, and seasonal goods always available for a fair price.

We found these NFL and Baseball race cars it has always been a good big lots people are always nice.

Big lots is my freaking JAM. If I'm feeling sad but know I cant afford to be *Target* sad, I head right over to Big Lots. Their household decor is usually a perfect pick me up, and they have the most amazing spring and summer collections I swear. If you're in the market for furniture they've got it- you cant go wrong here!

We've been shopping for furniture at Big Lots stores over the last week. I have to commend each store for their friendliness and courtesy. Very helpful staff in the furniture department, with excellent customer service!

I bought a 3 piece set of livingroom furniture at their big sale on January 19th. This was not a snap decision. I'd been looking at various sets for a couple of months when I was told about this sale. Had to pay for delivery the following Friday. This set was made by Simmons and made in the USA. Great right? Nope, less than 1 week later I noticed the fabric has wrinkles, not taut to the cushions. Looked like I'd owned it for 2 years with 10 grandkids (ok, slight exaggeration) but not what I was expecting. I had a pleather set for 7 years that I bought from Big Lots. Great set. My daughter is using that set now. So, I call the store and talk to Al from furniture. Nice guy, listened to me, said he would check with someone else and get back to me as to what could be done about my sagging furniture. Guess what? He called me back that same afternoon. They were coming out to replace the entire sofa and bring 2 new cushions for the loveseat the following week at My Convenience.... Sure enough, Al and a friend used his pickup truck and brought out the new pieces and took the old back to the store. They put the new feet on for me, they were polite and understanding. No hassles whatsoever. I'm hoping it was a "badly manufactured set", and no further problems with the new.
Big Lots rates high on my chart. When Customer Service is at an all time low for when you pay big bucks, it's nice to know that Big Lots stands behind their stuff and treats their customers with respect. Yay, Big Lots! Yay, Al.

Store has interesting/ unique things that you don't find anywhere else, that's what I love about Big Lots

Great place stock changes often you never know what they might have fr on month to month.

The prices are good especially when everything is on sale and then notify me on email

They have some good deals. But not always.

That is a good place to get reasonable priced gifts and they have a nice selection of furniture there too
