Ramsey Outdoors is a Fabulous store. Not only do they have EVERYTHING for fishing and hunting, their employees make the trip worth it. I recently had a warranty claim for a Hobie Kayak and Alex was exceptional! He took full control of the claim, kept me updated and I was able to make my fishing trip in time. I couldn’t thank him enough. Because of Alex, I will drive from Long Island to NJ to do future business with Ramsey Outdoors. This is truly a great store with great customer service and great employees. Thank you again Alex!

Had not been back in many years and wanted to stop in it looked a lot different and it was good to see the change in the store but it was good experience.

A very good store for all your
Hunting, fishing and camping needs. This place has been around for a very, very long time which tells you they are doing a lot right. Prices are not cheap but certainly in line with other outdoor stores. I believe they have a second location on Rt. 17 near Paramus. Lastly, I would highly recommend visiting the Ramsey Outdoor Store!

I love this store! Everytime I go here the employees know exactly what I am looking for when I explain what I want. They have so much knowledge on the items I need. My most recent visit I bought my boyfriend hiking boots and the employee really broke it down to very best pair I could buy with all the needs my boyfriend will need for the boots. You also may run into a celebrity here, such as Rev Run!!

Not an outdoes person but always come get to grab work and field equipment. Staff is knowledgeable of what to get as well especially if you don’t know much about the “outdoor life”

Also have a lot of nice clothing and shoe options.

In search of a new firearm,
I stumbled onto Ramsey Outdoors. Buying a firearm can be challenging, frustrating and rewarding.
The staff was relaxed and very knowledgeable . I was expecting the normal negative vibe when buying a firearm.( you know what I mean) Once I calmed myself down from having my guard up,
I realized that they were there to help me buy what I wanted or explain why you might want a firearm vs another.
The staff goes above and beyond to help the brutal process set in place by NJ to make the process easier.
I keep coming back and so do my friends. I have bought quite a few things to say the least.
I wish I loved to fish because that section seems well stocked!!
I am still waiting to be disappointed!!!

We have been shopping with Ramsey out door for the last few years. Ron runs a great shop. Everyone is supper nice. They never make you feel uncomfortable for asking a question about anything. The staff is exactly what you want Nice and Knowledgeable. Have been to a lot of stores in the area and the other stores act like there doing you a favor for showing you anything. Not at Ramsey Can’t say enough about Ron and his team.

Great outdoor store! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Don't bother with the boutique gun shops. They have a ton of stock and what they don't have they can get you. Very impressive! (And they're not over charging....) 5 stars!

It's rare to find a family business like this anymore. I have been shopping here since I was a young child. I now take my own children here to shop. Ramsey Outdoor provides a superb shopping experience and personal customer service treatment. Wonderful business in our local community.

Stopped in here to check out a few pistols for ccw. Before I stopped by, had a nice conversation with Dave on the phone about some pistols I was interested in. He gave me time to explain what I was looking for, didn't rush me off the phone and invited me to stop by. I did stop by later in the day and was greeted by Ben ,Dave and Anthony at the gun counter. They all were a great tag team. They were very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful in providing me with advice suggestions as well as pointing out some things that I was not thinking about prior to my conversation with them. I did not wind up purchasing a pistol however after conversing with them I started asking them opinions on hunting rifles and wound up making a purchase I have been putting off for years in upgrading my current hunting rifle. I'm very happy with the way I was treated here everybody was very friendly and helpful and I did not feel rushed or like I was annoying the staff at any point. This is super important when considering making a purchase of this nature. I had been to other gunshops as well as head conversations with them over the phone and I always feel rushed or persuaded to purchase in a certain direction. I will certainly be coming back to Ramsey outdoor for all of my hunting fishing and outdoor needs if the customer service continues on the path that it currently is taking. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for anything outdoors outdoors related to give them a cand you won't be disappointed.
