AT&T Store

Went to the store to figure out why our phones couldn't be unlocked as we were switching plans. Angel helped us through everything and she was beyond great. She was patient, spoke politely and listened to our needs while also being able to help us through everything. She made a long frustrating process very bearable and we are grateful and appreciate of her efforts. She needs a promotion or something because she went above and beyond while also being super courteous and productive. Not to mention she was the only person in the store managing 3 different customers at the same time, doing it effortlessly. Thank you Angel

I was at the AT&T store in white horses pike NJ. The two cousins service guys where extremely nice to me. They offer me some good deals with a new phone and a tablet for free. Thank you very much. I do appreciate your service 🙏

Went to this store to upgrade my daughter’s and my phone. First the staff was friendly, inviting , and knowledgeable. Second They let me know all the perks that were available they made me aware of the specs of the phones and watches. Third the process was painless and smooth. The manager Angel was awesome and The associate Emin was great as well I recommend this store A+++ experience.

The female worker is extremely nice and goes out of her way to provide good customer service. You need more people at the store. I waited an hour just to talk to her because she was so busy and no one was there to help her.

I had a problem with my phone. Cliff was so patient enough I don’t know what he did but now my phone is working. I asked him to look into my account because I wanted to upgrade from the 13th to 15th. I told him the problem that I had he looked into it for me. You have two good workers at the store in Somerdale your life lifelong customer Nikki

Nicholas L. was GREAT! He answered all our questions and was very patient in transferring my husband's number from t-mobile to AT&T. Sucks we couldn't use my job's fan #, but Nicholas was still able to get us a discount on our bill. He even got us a deal on Apple Watches and accessories. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came to the store to cancel my account with you. I was greeted in the parking lot by Angela as she was leaving for the day. She greeted me and asked me how I was and I had this look on my face and she came over and I explained what was going on and she said come with me and we went in the store after about an hour or so while she was trying to talk to different people About the problem I had reported my husband’s phone lost and they mailed me a new one the day I received the new one we found his old one, so I contacted someone and told them I’d send back new one which they received. Next month his phone wasn’t working. Came in store and a guy fixed phone and said if it happens again just call 611. Happened again and after trying to get someone on phone on 3 different days and being switched and finally hung up on I was so upset Ihat is when I met Angela They had phone still as lost in system so they shut it down. So after they finally straightened it out we left and Angela gave me her number to let her know if there was a problem. Next morning phone off again. So we were very upset contacted Angela and gave her case number. We came back again and if it wasn’t for how Angela took care of the situation I would have definitely left ATT. She was wonderful. Straightened everything thing up and instead of leaving ATT we happily upgraded to a new phone. Your lucky you have her representing ATT. Best customer service I’ve ever had

The store manager Angel is nice and very helpful she took real good care of everything I needed and did so with a positive attitude

I came to the at&t store to upgrade my phone and we had an incredible experience with Pam and Bryan helping us out. They were extremely helpful got us the best deal for my new phone, and Apple Watch. I normally have horrible experiences in phone stores but Pam went out of her way to make it an easy process, answer questions, and make sure the phone was all set up to use. She genuinely cares about what’s best for the customer which is rare now in days with all the slime balls in the industry. Wishing this place a lot of success because they deserve it and have an incredible staff!! I would say we’ll be back soon but we won’t because she hooked us up with the new iPhone as well as the protective covering !!!!

I went to this particular location to upgrade my phone & switch my network over. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Pam & Nick. They were awesome. Ms. Pam was training Nick while helping me & the rush of customers that came in after me. They were both patient, helpful, & just delightful to be around. They helped me upgrade my phone & switch over there network in a timely manner! Even when faced with some difficulties they got the job done! They were wonderful!

The Somerdale location is the best! Everyone is so knowledgeable and able to help us. I will never go anywhere else. This has consistently been a great experience for years. Thank you to the hard working reps who made our day better and fixed our issues with ease. We really appreciate all of you.

Bradon was such a great help with getting my new phone. He transferred everything for me with knowledge and patience. I went back for some questions and tweeking, and Stephen was also an amazing help. He personalized all I needed with my phone. Both employees were wonderful and helpful and was very happy with my experience at this location!! Highly recommend!!

The associate, Stephanie, was super! And not just with us but as we witnessed everyone that came in the store while she set up our account. We saw her help like 4 others w various issues. Friendly, polite, informative…I think we walked away w good products too—time will tell. The store itself was in a convenient location & clean

I went there to get my daughter a new phone for her 13th birthday and it had a problem. I couldn't get there until the next day and I showed up 2 minutes before closing Nick was very nice and he stayed with me way past closing to make sure that the phone was fixed due to the sim issue. He said and knew that it was something very important too me. This will be my main At&t store for now on. I love the customer service there! :)

We’ve visited this location twice in the last few weeks and spoke with Jon both times. We recently had DirectTV installed in our home and Jon was both knowledgeable about our service and helpful with all questions we had before and after installation. Today, we made some changes to our account, upgraded devices, and got our son his first phone for Christmas. He was patient with all of our questions, helped us link our son’s new phone with ours so we can keep him safe while using it, and spent more than 2 hours conversing with us throughout the process. Even with new and upgraded devices, Jon saved us money on our monthly bill! I highly recommend this store, and ask for Jon if you can!

On Wednesday I Converted my parents from sprint to AT&T. The sales rep Andrew was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was helpful in getting my parents exactly what they wanted. This is the second time we have used this location and our Continuous good experiences is what keeps bringing us back! Thank you Andrew for being so helpful.

Jeremiah-Karen@ Are awesome. I love there customers service are one of my reasons for staying with At&t. I had previous issues with a older phone which I had to get information out of Jeremiah somehow was able to get my information for me it was very important. He then explained my issues within the next 2 weeks the issue returned as I was previously told. I was also looking forward to a upgrade my galaxy note 9 Jeremiah and Karen help with explaining all my concerns. There customers service skills the smiles with also taking there time to make sure I was satisfied before leaving the store which closed at 8 pm
(We were there a little after) Not to

Jon is the man! Not only was his customer service fantastic, he stayed open late to make sure the job was completed. To be honest I almost went with Verizon but I’m glad I didn’t. Jon made a great effort to find the plan and deals that worked best for me. Thanks again for helping me upgrade from that dusty old iPhone 5s lol

Manager John and the crew are so knowledgeable and friendly. John always goes above and beyond every time we have a problem, question or when we upgrade. He always checks our account to make sure we have the best plan for us and is very patient when we don't understand the way something works.
It is rare to find such a great store with invaluable employees.
Hope AT&T gives them a well deserved Christmas bonus!
