Owner violated ADA federal law, HE screamed at me to get my service dog out because he could get a fine from L&I. That is an outright lie. I am a disabled Veteran and I have a service dog for physical injuries sustained in Afghanistan. The ADA Federal Law states that Service dogs are allowed in any public space including stores, restaurants, etc. Any place that the general public is allowed. They can ask 2 questions: Is it a service dog and what task it provides. Thats all they can ask. No one can ask for papers or anything like that. I will be filing a legal complaint due to his violent verbal actions.
