Clean restrooms. They even have complied with the ADA on having a changing station in the men's restroom. What puts this Pilot station on top is there use of ekcos in the urinals. These were fresh and kept the whole bathroom smelling decent despite the heavy traffic.

My customer service experience has always been excellent. The staff are friendly, kind and courteous. Tammy, cashier made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer when I had checked out with fuel and coffee over this Labor Day Weekend. Thank you for your hard work and service!

Easy access off interstate. Easy parking. Semi traiker parking. A Subways restaurant in the truck stop. They also have a roller grill, soda fountain, coffee, and fresh fruit. Showers available. Clean restrooms.

The Subway sandwich place attached to hear is awesome, night staff was friendly, but the women in the morning working the Pilot register looked so angry, had an attitude, and made me feel like she should of stayed home. But other than that it’s a great place to stop if you’re a truck driver, not the biggest but clean and decent. I’m still going to get five stars just because The people at Subway next-door were so friendly and awesome.

This Flying J is one of the nicest of all the locations!. Good Food and Friendly staff for customers service!. I'll definitely Return to this location and I recommend to all travelers coming this way to Stop by on I-57 exit 95 in Mount Vernon, Ilinoise

The customer service was wonderful! The lady that assisted me was very polite. The lavatory was cleaner than what's expected of a public restroom. It was well worth the stop through.

It's pretty nice to see cheap diesel for semi trucks, has 6 or so showers which is a lot. Clean, it has decent food options, could be better but the subway helps.

An employer there was very nice and wanted me to tell her when I got this and here is the proof! Hope you are able to see it. Very clean and nice there as well.

The young Lady who worked at Wendy's was, a living Angel, very kind,yet efficient, I truly realized how kind as she assisted, a customer with developmental challenges, I wish I would have caught her name, because I would absolutely be recommending, a large raise, & promotion, 7/15/19 at around 6:30 or 7:00Am, The Wendys corporation would be wise to pattern their business model on her manner, & heart.💙😸✌🏻

Has a subway but restrooms are clean, showera where clean 8pm their was still a couple spaces open. . . . and this is a small pilot, parking is easy for a semi though. Tree company was takeing up about 6 spaces when we were there.

This store was clean and the bathroom were stocked well. The drink stations were clean and the coffee was great. The team member was funny.

Same great experience as usual. Parking is full, pumps are almost full. The coffee may be the best on the road. I love the fuel app

On God, after 6 hours on the road these massage chairs are heaven. And there's a Subway? My Lord.

I love when I'm out on the road and when you Drive 2000 miles plus a week you love it when you see that pilot he thinking man got clean bathrooms give me a shower freshen up be back ready on the road again thanks guys for doing a good job God bless you and I giving you a 2 thumbs up

I love Pilot gas stations, they have the best coffee with all the extra touches that make it super yummy.😊 Mini marshmallows anyone?
