Twist Pretzels & Ice Cream

This place has become a Tuesday ritual of a small ice cream and an everything pretzel. Incredible service and the food is delicious. Only place I know of now with everything pretzels. Very affordable and great pricing. The interior is decorated with a great theme and branding. Their outdoor area is tailored to children and the staff is tremendous. Highly recommend going.

Aaron and Jess are so sweet. Their girls are amazing and the food was awesome. We got the jalapeño pretzel and Philly cheesesteak pretzel. Then a twister with coconut ice cream strawberries and waffle cone pieces they make in house. The spoons change color when they get cold 🤯

Took my 3 year old son on the second day they were open, this place is wonderful! The inside is cozy and sweet and they have an extensive menu of delicious treats. I got a swirl soft serve and a braided pretzel, both were super yummy! They have an awesome outdoor seating area with several large tables, some block towers for kids to play with, pretty landscaping, and even a cute mural of their mascots! We will definitely be back very often, this will be our new neighborhood spot!

There's a new shop in town and it ain't like the rest of them. Twist is a family owned business that has recently opened right in the heart of Linwood, NJ. When you first walk in you can see the exposed machinery creating and mixing the fresh pretzel dough and the friendly faces in the back. The atmosphere has a modern take on the old school ice cream shop style. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from including different styles of pretzels too. But wait, it doesn't end there. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee at a decent price compared to their competitors. That's right! Open in the morning. I am a huge soft serve fan and this knocks it out of the park, great thickness and richness that will stick to your ribs. The regular serving size is a perfect amount for your ice cream fill. The braided pretzel is super soft and pillowy (perfect addition to your ice cream or water ice). There is merch available to purchase such as t-shirts and hats. Free water fill station close to the side entrance and gender-neutral bathroom. Outdoor and indoor seating available. I can see Twist being here for a long time because of their unique approach to the ice cream community and I'm happy to be their customer.

From arrival to departure the amount of top tier customers service was the epitome of any business, my family and I arrived 15 mins before closing, which we hate to be that customer, the ice cream was amazing, the family atmosphere is perfect and having indoor seating is great because most ice cream locations don’t have that option. Did I mention the great pretzels! We appreciate the experience and definitely will be back. Also thank you for offering a military discount, something that’s rare in this region.

I got 3 pretzels with cheese and I dare to say that they're in par with pretzels factory in Philly or even better in my opinion. And I used to live in Philly for over 25 years. They're a must have in NJ. Staff is super friendly and the place is amazing.

House made soft pretzels and ice cream, need I say more? Ice cream is soft, pretzels are warm, vibes are there. Kitchen is open concept which makes for a fun watch while you wait for your treat. True locally owned place with the whole family working to make their dream a reality, and it’s definitely paying off. Will be going back many times!

Tried the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and their vanilla soft serve and both didn’t disappoint! Employees were also really nice as well. There’s plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. No complaints

My go to ice cream place, I really enjoy ‘the bike path’ sundae (I sub hot fudge for the Oreos) with the birthday cake ice cream. They also have a rewards/point system so you can earn points.

On a nice weather day we sit on their astroturf patio and the kids play with the provided games (large jenga or ring toss)

On occasion they give my kids some of the pretzel dough to play with which they enjoy.

This shop is amazing! Everyone in my family likes a different kind of treat and they have it all. I am partial to their coffee ice cream and my family has been enjoying a number of special edition Girl Scout cookie treats! On Saturday mornings we get Egg & Avocado pretzel bun sandwiches. The service in the place is hands down the best in the area. They are teaching our local high schoolers great customer service. You might even get lucky enough to be served by the owners daughters who smile ear to ear (even when taking complicated orders). There are a few other supervisors who strive to make your experience great. And, the atmosphere is adorable. Kudos to the owners for their throw-back design and immaculately clean establishment.

Great ice cream and pretzels! Took my niece and nephew Thursday night and we got to participate in quizzo!! The kids LOVED it and we will be back!

Love this place! I came here with my older son and we enjoyed sitting in their outdoor space under the picnic table umbrella enjoying our soft pretzels and soft serve. It was the perfect blend of great food and a great atmosphere. Look forward to coming back.

Everyone that works there is super nice. I feel they need to change the way they take your order. Right now they take your order and make you pay first, then get what you want. It really slows the process up and people end up waiting in lines longer.

I wish I took a picture of my sundae but I ate it so fast I didn't even think about it. Their pretzels have crispy outsides and soft delicious insides.
