I’ve only visited Best Buy a handful of times but I’ve been impressed with how quickly I was taken care of each time. The folks at the front who greet you are the real MVPs. Whether I visited for a hard drive, an air purifier, or an external battery, they always know where it is and can direct me there so everything is wrapped up. They’ve always been so attentive and welcoming each time I walk through the doors and it makes me look forward to visiting again.

I was hesitating which computer to buy, and they really gave me honest suggestions. Great choice and price, very friendly and helpful people!

Kaylen ,Manager, and team this evening have Changed my outlook and opinion in regards to Best Buy. And their 15 day return policy and specific brands protection plans. They, assisted me in making the best decision by providing all the information and details comparing their return policy and protection plan to the manufacturers. And I ended up a satisfied and happily returning customer. Drones and their insurance and manufactures warranty is a difficult and tedious process learning and differentiating and educating yourself on the best possible options for your needs and abilities.

Was pointed in the right direction to find an item I desired and was happy in the process. Good service and friendly faces that actually smiled and didn't look bored to answer questions. That's refreshing.

They were so helpful! The young men there fixed my phone within five minutes! I had spent hours trying to fix the problem. I highly recommend this store!

A Big shout out to Noah Monzu (Staff ) who was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable regarding TV's when my husband and I went in to look at new TV and my husband had alot of questions regarding the difference in the TV's and some of the initials. Prices reasonable.

Came in with very odd ball question, which they answered professionally. Didn't have long wait and place clean and busy.

Loved that they offered curb side pickup. Store associate polite and respectful.

I went into Best Buy a couple of days ago seeking assistance for a new monitor to work with my son's laptop. I was greeted right away by Adam, he put me in a short wait to get assistance, kept me posted about my wait and then he was the one who took the initiative to help me with my issue and guided me to a solution that worked like a charm! Adam has A+ customer service and is very knowledgeable. If you need assistance, ask for Adam. He represents Best Buy very well!

Didn’t have an appointment but the geek squad was able to fix my computer issues without one. in such a friendly and professional manner!

I like the return policy. If you have an extended warranty. The only part I didn't like his be asking for a code that was on the original receipt? Nowadays who keeps receipts. It's a good thing they had mine on record. Otherwise I may have lost out on my defective ultimate ears speaker

Best Buy is just what you expect. They had the equipment I needed on hand, easy to find, and at a reasonable price. I didn't need much help, so I can't rate the computer department sales crew. The checkout people were friendly and efficient.

Customer service was awesome and curbside pick up has worked great the couple times I've used it!

I bought this great sleek design 14 inch hp laptop for around $253. I absolutely love my new laptop! The Best Buy associates were friendly and helped me select the perfect laptop to fit my needs!
