AT&T Store

I ordered the new IPhone 15ProMax with Justin. Not only did he do everything for me he went above and beyond to help me with the hour transfer of data. Justin is a credit to his organization and will be the reason I refer everyone to AT&T

The professionalism and leve of care we received from the Store Manager was superb. We appreciate the example he set before his team in delivering top notch customer service in making our experience very satisfying. We'll continue to be AT&T customers knowing our business is valued.

Katrina was absolutely amazing! She spent 2 hrs working with customer service to figure out a glitch in the system that kept our transaction from completing. She was very knowledgeable and patient.

After a good long run, my parents finally decided to kick me off of their phone plan. They’d say “you’re an adult now” and “time to take responsibility”. It sucked to hear, but it wasn’t so bad after I came to Cellular World and was assisted by Justin and Ahmad. Ahmad had assured me that I was in the right place, and that assertion was confirmed when Justin set me up with my new iPhone 14. Quick and easy, I even decided to get a new Apple Watch too. I was never much of a watch guy, but now I really love it. If you’re looking for a seamless, straightforward experience when shopping for a new phone plan or phone, then I would definitely go to this location and ask for either one of these gentlemen. If my phone ever breaks, I know I’ll be back to see Justin or Ahmad!
