Walmart

Hate when items that are commonly bought on high shelf, have to find a way to reach. Clothes are getting more pricey for not name brand. Do like my comfy outfits. Depends on what u need, other stores are cheaper. Only place I like to get my groceries in town n everything else.

Kayla and Brandon were beyond helpful with a return from a third-party. They went out of their way, even though it was busy, to get my return taken care of. They never questioned the return and sent me to 3rd- party. It was very much appreciated!

Has all the essentials and saves us the trip of having to travel further away. Staff is always friendly and willing to walk with you to find what you're looking for (instead of just telling you what isle to look in).

Enjoy seeing the holiday decorations smaller store so easier to get out quicker.. No self check hassle.

Best small Walmart left (wow their customer service desk help has sure gone downhill fast they're so lazy they don't even know how to use their equipment) Even though they had ups and downs, its still my first best favorite Walmart for like 40-50 years lol

This is a great small in and out Walmart. Not a huge section of food at this location but quite enough if your travelling and need something fast. The staff at this store have always been very kind.

It was actually a pleasant surprise. I only went in to get vaccinated for flu & shingles (already had my covids shots) the pharmacist on duty was absolutely amazing. Very polite & insightful. You can tell the staff enjoyed working that day because they followed her suit.

My main store for my area. Friendly, PEOPLE CHECK YOU OUT, NONE OF THIS SELF CHECK OUT AND I LIKE THAT! Clean bathrooms

Since it's a smaller Walmart it's easy to go in and out. The staff has always been polite and friendly. Even when there are big lines forming they add more cashiers to make the wait for check out quicker. The cashiers are always there to inform you that a register is ready, or even if the service desk is available you can check out there too!

They are very polite and helpful too. It is mandatory that you wear a mask. They have hand towels and hand sanitizer at the entrance. They are easily accessible from the I 80 tollway, just a mile or so off of the Rock Falls exit to route 40. A Walgreens and Casey' gas station and several hotels are also close by from the East or West exits to rte. 40

The employee Elijah Padilla one of the most kind hearted and great man I've ever had check my items out. He's should definitely get paid more for being so nice!!!!

Love this store. It’s always clean the workers are friendly and the Shelves are usually stocked pretty good. I go to the store all the time when I want to get in and right out

Was trying to get paint but I had a few questions N I stood around and walked around the paint section for over an hour and never seen one worker. I finally wentlooking for someone to help me and still couldn't find anyone so I left with what else I had bought. I still need to go get paint just have been busy and haven't made it back yet

I have had nothing but good shopping experience at Walmart. Employees are so helpful. Sara is a great greeter! I'm new in Rock Falls, the employees made me feel like they knew me. Good to see so many seniors working and shopping at Walmart!
