T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Went to pay my Bill in store today. Jacob and his co worker (sorry I for got his name. I’ll write him in the email review on Saturday) took care of right as I opened the door. As I gave them my info. We all were joking around and making dad jokes. Definitely made my experience great after a 10 hour work day. This isn’t the first time Jacob has helped me. This is the 3rd time he’s helped me and I always go in on his shift. Thank you.

The Manager, Melinda, is the BEST! She’s very patient, kind and efficient! I really appreciate her fixing and explaining the ‘real’ reasons ‘why’ my phone was not operating correctly. Melinda’s the BEST! Much appreciated!

I went to upgrade my phone and it was easy peasy! Scott and Jordan were very friendly and funny and made the experience great!!!! I will always come to this store!

Just want to let you know that me and my sister would not have went to any other store but this one because Melinda and Mike were the best sales person that T-mobile could ever have treated us like family keep them around forever , they also was honest and caring. Best customer service if I could rate them it would be 100 percent, They also stayed an hour over their closing time which was 8 and now it’s 9.

Last week I went into this T-mobile store in Farmington Hills, despite the costumers the staff was overrun with at the time, being it was 7:00, they were able to help assist me in the trouble I had fairly quickly. Specifically Jordan stepping up to assist with my new phone and issues I was having with my Sim Card. Jordan swiftly fixed my dilemma and re-associated my phone and Sim card, multitasking while helping two other customers with their problems. I just wanted to leave Jordan a good positive review for the quick help with my device causing me work issues while he was working with other clients at the same time towards what was nearing the end of store hours for the day. Thank you Jordan. As a customer service representative myself,
this T-mobile location has impecable customer service and I would definitely seek this associates help out with any phone situation again.

This is the best T-Mobile store I’ve been to, the Team is very customer oriented and friendly!!!

I went in to inquire about an iPad and Mike was very helpful. He helped me set up my new financing for the iPad 9th gen and he even saved me money on my out the door cost! I am so happy! Thank you Mike!

It’s not always about the good services. Mistakes do happen and human errors are so common. And this error happened with my case purely unintentional.
But how they resolved it is something I really appreciated. Best customer service I recommend this place very much. Very friendly staff and Melinda was so professional and true to her ethics. This is what we look for as customers. When we pay the money we see that we are valued and I felt that.

Ran in for a complex issue, and to the rescue came Melinda! Surrounded by adversity, Melinda stepped in front shielding me and solving all problems. Lets just say, that day and never another shall a Troll, Chuds (race of cannibalistic, subterranean horse people) be a problem.

I was in the T-Mobile store on Middlebelt and 11 Mile Road this morning for a problem regarding my I-Phone
connecting to the internet while traveling and in my home. Asif provided excellent customer service, knowledge,
and promptness solving the problem. He also did it with a smile, give this man a raise if he is not the owner. Or
more stock shares in the company franchise.

I recently had an experience with T-Mobile that I feel compelled to share. Last November, I ordered three smartphones from their online store, but ran into several issues along the way. Firstly, only two of the mobile phones were delivered. Then, I faced account management problems and difficulty with T-Mobile support processing, compounded by the loss of one of the mobile phones.

Dealing with all of these problems proved to be a real headache, and I found myself having to visit the T-Mobile store multiple times over the course of several months. However, despite the frustrations, I was pleased with the level of customer service I received. The store employees were extremely kind and helpful, particularly Melinda and Asif. They went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues I was facing, and I left the store feeling grateful for their assistance.

Overall, while my experience with T-Mobile wasn't without its challenges, I feel that the company ultimately did right by me. I received credit for my lost phone and for the inconvenience of having to visit the store so many times. More importantly, the excellent customer service I received from Melinda(store manager) and Asif made all the difference in the world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T-Mobile to others in need of a reliable smartphone provider.

I had the extreme pleasure of visiting this location today to pick up my phone replacement and met Mike , THIS person truly is a credit to to this world as well as T mobile in my opinion, the kindness professionalism he exhibited in taking care of me today truly made me feel special as a customer and I REALLY HOPE he's acknowledged for the great work he provides

Miz and Kayla were outstanding employees. Miz was taking care of activating and getting my new phone set up, while Kayla was helping put the screen protector and case on. They both helped with all of mine and my fiances questions and were super polite the entire time. Highly recommend this store even when its like the 5th furthest store from my house, definitely worth the drive for amazing service

Had some really cool holiday promotions going on and the employees took their time explaining everything in vivid details. I'm always going to come here from now on

I drive past 5 stores to come to this one and everyone thinks I am crazy but when people treat you good as they do. They are worth it and I tell everyone about how nice these people are. Best T-mobile store ever. Sarah is the best and I always get offered waters and even coffee when I go there. 😁

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for about 10 years and the experience I had at this store was priceless. Melinda and Calvin were so helpful that I recommended all my family and friends to come to this t-mobile store only and ask for them two. I stayed in the store for over 3 hours with an on going issues that no one seemed to fix. Them two employees got everything under control. I was fe’ed up with T-mobile ready to leave and them two were phenomenal and they changed my perspective about t-mobile. I even got my daughters two tablets and upgraded my phone. They went above and beyond for me. I’ve never had such a great customer service like I did in this store. All 10s for them!!!

Would never go anywhere else. We drove from Canada to visit a friend because of the feedback we got from her about this store. We came in and got exactly the experience she described we would get. Efficient, honest and very kind individuals. Thank you for hiring such a great staff T-mobile. Calvin, Melinda and Fadi were amazing.
