CVS

The staff in the pharmacy are friendly and attentive. They have a very stressful job and they are understaffed at times. The Healthcare system in America is ridiculous. But it's not these hard working peoples fault. Please keep that in mind when there's a line or something isn't ready yet.

CVS almost always have what I need and they are always on top of my prescriptions.

Edit: They are NOT at all in tune with my prescription refills. I mean, good on them that they try their butts off, and it must be hard to try to keep up with everybody's meds all the time so props to them for that, but they were about to send me away without my depression meds OR a reasonable solution. After I left, I thought about solutions they should have had the patience to go over with me which are:
Let me buy out of pocket just a few of my prescription to get me by until Medicaid would pay for it.
2. Offer to let me buy them, but also help me to get them at a cheaper price via GoodRx or similar.
This was the problem at hand: Medicaid said on the 10th they would not pay for my meds till the 12th. It was going to be tight, but if I got there early enough on the 12th I would have been ok. Fast forward to the 12th, now they tell me Medicaid won't pay for them till the 15th. Why? What happened between the 10th and the 12th that this is a thing AGAIN? Ok it's not CVS's problem, I get it. It's not them telling me I can't have them, sobeit. BUT a reasonable solution wouldn't have been the worst thing. Especially with someone who NEEDS their depression meds. Instead, he tells me I can go somewhere else to get them.

Call to ask if my prescription was ready. Lady that help me Vicki was so nice to tell me that there was two accounts with my name one with my Maiden name and the other under my married name. I always have trouble for them to look me up and she was so kind to tell me that she will put a note on the account so when my husband go pick up the prescription they won’t tell him they don’t have anything for me. Great customer service.

I haven't had many experiences in this store besides heading straight to the back for prescription refills... but I can say that the people back there are the kindest, hard-working folks. Somehow they always have a smile, quick, seem to really care, take time to explain things to you without making you feel dumb or like you're wasting their time. So refreshing and I thank them for making that little part of my day brighter when it can be such a hassles elsewhere. Bless you guys.

Great employees that have the knowledge to get your meds correct and answer your questions. Have the willingness to go above and beyond the job. You are treated like family. Thanks so much everyone at CVS. Excellent job!!

I’ve been coming here for a good part of 5.5 years and I have not had an issue beside one pharmacist and I haven’t seen her in a hot min other than that been great. Always answer my question and they remember me and ask about my family and how I’m doing which is nice

I always go to pick up randy wards meds and even when they are short staffed the pharmisist does his best to get me out quickly..Very friendly guy..if i ever have a problem he goes above and beyond..so glad we changed from walgreens four yrs ago..way better customer service..

Always have great service, they are very busy and sometimes I have to wait but, no complaints. I don't care for the answering service, it takes way to long to get to where you need to be and your phone wait is horrible.

Love this pharmacy and the girls that work there are always so helpful they know me and barely have to ask for my son name or birthday! Very helpful
