Very impressive retailer! This is a fun store to visit with interesting displays and a big selection of quality merchandise. Easy to find, right off of I70 and 291 with tons of parking. Although I have bought goods online this was my first in store visit. Offering online shopping with free shipping on orders over $50 or curbside pickup but I suggest you go inside for the full Duluth Trading Co experience!

First time visiting the store as we normally shop online. We live about 2 hours away. The store was exceptionally tidy and clean. The gentleman that assisted us was super helpful and very kind. The cashier was friendly and let us know they accepted returns for online purchases. Easy access to the highway we were traveling as well.

I had several returns today. Linda greeted me with a smile and kindly returned all the Items without question. The Independence Duluth Trading store is always a pleasant place to shop. Thank you Linda!

I drove from deep in kansas just to try on a pair of boots (keen)just get a feel for the sizes liked them so much I got them , I asked a very nice clerk about a camp spoon she showed me an even better version. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store....I think her name was mary...ask for her....

Love Duluth! Went in for the deals on Jeans today. $45 puts them at a point where you just can't pass it up!

Ended up buying out the store with some great sweaters and socks!

Always love this store. Just bought a pair of the bison/shearling driving mocs and they are comfy. Having a small shopping cart would help.

Clean, aisles are a bit crowded. Not very easy to navigate in a wheelchair but staff was awesome.

Let me about the wonderful employee that answered her the phone her name was Bridget. I was looking for a specific size in specific items in a larger size for an individual who I was helping. She actually put me on hold without in the sales floor looked for the items came back on the phone with me to let me know what she had and she was going to leave them up front with my name on it. Then when I got to the store all the items were there like Bridget said with my name on them. Then I had asked for her because I wanted to thank her for taking time to talk to me because I had already been to four other stores and had called them prior to them and they said yes and they didn't have items I need it. Then I'll check it out she insured that we knew about the return policy that God forbid everything happened to the items within the year the zipper broke or the button came off or the stitches came out they would replace items how incredible. So I highly recommend Duluth Trading Company. They truly care about the people that come through the door and even call on the phone. Thank You Bridget very much for taking care of us today.

We've bought from Duluth before but never visited their store. We did today to exchange some Christmas gifts and as we were checking out I saw the No-Crack lavender hand cream. I almost didn't buy it but it was on sale and I saw a man who had a basket full of them and changed my mind. I'm glad I did. It works amazing! The smell of the lavender is very nice and not too overpowering. Really like the product and will buy again.

Everything I expected and more. Staff even went in the back to pull stock for me that was not on the shelves.

I absolutely love their leggings and dry on the fly line!! This is my new addiction, their clothes are a little $$$ but you get what you pay for!! Very durable and last forever. I have already started my Christmas shopping here and plan to finish there. Added bonuses watch for sales and always order down to sizes, kinda flattering to order size 4 rather then an 8!! This store rocks!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I simply love Duluth Trading Company. Their staff is always on the mark and very knowledgeable about what they sell. The selection and quality is like know other i have found. I have bought underwear, socks and pants there. All made exceptionally well.

I was amazed at the quality of the clothes. A little pricey but definitely well worth it and the staff was all smiles and let you know if you needed anything just to ask. All around great place to shop I will definitely be going back soon

Expensive, but worth it. High quality men's and woman's clothing with a side order of humor. Love the men's underwear. Lots of other fun stuff, too. Worth a visit.

What a great experience! I've always wanted to go here but it's been too far out of my way. I finally made it over and I loved it! The staff was amazing ava helpful and the amount of items and variety in the store was great. But, the best part was the staff. So helpful and patient and kind, I just wish it was closer to where I live because I want to go more often.

Always friendly folks at store online always easy, they changed somethings that I miss but have adapted.
