Royal Farms

My experience is always good when I go to this Royal Farms and my wings and fries are always hot and fresh as well the chesapeake sauce is so gooddd. The customer service is very professional and the employees are always nice to me. The employee Mo is always pleasant and always smiling and always says have a good day or blessed day. I will be going back again.

Taylor is always on point regardless of the lines . She truly needs to help especially during the afternoon rush.

Came in last Monday and the store was a mess

From my experiences here it's been clean, staff has been nice, and service has been quick. This is a brand new store. I find it suspect that there was an influx of 1-star reviews that came in within months of it opening. Staff are still being trained and the store is certainly not dirty, as it's brand new.

Today after having given Royal Farms a bad review yesterday the Jessup store has again proven their chicken is world famous, I was impressed with the cleanness of the store and the fresh tasting chicken, I must thank Steven and Hassan for taking the time and listening to my concerns. ROYAL FARMS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I was so surprised to see only 2 stars! We had a great experience. Kitchen was very very clean and staff was friendly and quick.

This store has done a complete turn around. I think Steven is the new manager and he is on the ball! Very courteous service, food fresh and well stocked.
