The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was able to find a lot of things on sale. There were a lot of items for adults, kids, babies, and even animals.

I will definitely be going back and sending friends there.

Great Staff!! Very helpful. I couldn't find what i was looking for, but a staff member would not rest until we found the shirt I was looking for Father's Day! Not only did she find the one I was looking for... She found 3 others that were just as nice!

Went there to find a t-shirt for my nephew. The customer service at this store was Phenomenal! The Manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with patience! It's not surprising that the rest of the Staff were Amazing as well! Great leadership is important!

Large selection of sports apparel and accessories. I was able to find a gift for all of my family from children to adults and there is something for any price range from stickers to jerseys. Taking Chiefs Super Bowl Champion gear home to Texas to show I am a proud member of Chiefs Kingdom! Staff was super helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the mall area. Just remember The NFL sets the prices, not the store.

Went to get a Missouri Tigers cap for a Christmas gift. They always have a good selection.

This store had an extensive selection of merchandise. I interacted with several employees during my visit and all of them were super friendly and helpful. I will be visiting this store again in the future just based on this experience even though I live a few hours away and online shopping would be more convenient.

Excellent selection of chiefs gear and memorabilia. We go here at least 2-3 times during every trip to KC

Staff very helpful. Was looking for a specific hat which they had and staff steered me over to the right section in the store. Also found the AFC Champions t-shirts that I wanted. Great store.

My wife and I had a discrepancy with our purchase a few days earlier on 8/17/21 and Stephanie took the time to sort it all out. Very personable and helpful gal who I'll look forward to seeing when we go back to buy more Chiefs gear!

My wife and I went to get some Super Bowl shirts for the big game tomorrow and Rally House had a pretty wide selection. We got some really cool shirts and even though it was the day before the Super Bowl, the line didn’t take too long to get through. We were helped by this nice woman Karen and i can see us coming back for future purchases to support our teams.

Went to grab a Chiefs stocking cap with my birthday $ ...had to ask for help finding it but I got the nicest young lady to help me. Very happy and go Chiefs!!!

Rally House has everything and it is so fun to shop there. One of the associates helped me find the Michael A Taylor shirt I wanted and then we had a great talk about Michael A.

Perfect place to shop for that fan on your list. So much variety that you kinda get dizzy. Staff was awesome and helped me with several questions. A little pricey but what isn't these days.

Huge store, one of those stores walk in feeling like 100 bucks then walking out feeling broke.
