Big shout out to Brandon for helping me style up considering I have no style lol. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Everyone there was friendly and encouraging, whoever is the store manager should be proud.

Came in around 6pm today, and I was a hot mess to say the least. I had several returns, on two different orders, and needed to find a pair of jeans without holes for tomorrow as I’m leaving for a work trip. The two girls working were so nice and helpful. They looked in the back for me multiple times, and even though they didn’t have the style and size I needed, they pulled a few different options for me. I normally don’t write reviews but I hope the two girls working tonight are always praised by management because they made the process quick, easy, and I left with a pair of jeans that will work for my dress code! I’ve always love A&E, and the independence center location is great. 12/10 experience, I wish I remembered the employees names because they were great!

I went in looking for a jean jacket but didn't see any that I liked. I was greeted by a sales associate very promptly and told her what I was looking for. She then asked the manager on duty and they found just the right one in the back and pulled it out for me. They also accepted military discount. I very much appreciated them taking the next step to find what I was looking for. Succussful shopping trip. 😀

I had a very nice time here. I asked one girl for help she stayed with me the while time helping me. Giving me her opinion. Ended up buying three pairs of pants two shirts and a bralette
