Artist & Craftsman Supply Kansas City

I stumbled upon this place while on a walk exploring the beautiful murals and graffiti in the neighborhood. The store was a nice surprise and I was able to get everything I needed for an upcoming watercolor class. These were items that were out of stock when I tried to order online from the major competitors. The prices are comparable but the fact that I could find what I needed was a huge plus. Cute neighborhood too!

I was in Kansas City on a family trip and we decided to stop in this cute shop. They have so many fun puzzles and gifts at the front. But the real reason I'm writing this review is the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful to my group and every other person that came into the shop. They chatted with us and shared many wonderful books/shows/movies that we might enjoy. We need more humans like them.

I came here with my college freshman daughter for some art supplies. The store has a great selection of art supplies and the staff is helpful in finding items or answering questions. Great to see students get discount.

I am a professional, full time freelance artist and this is the only place I know purchase art supplies in Kansas City. The staff goes out of their way to answer questions and provide recommendations. If they don’t have it, they can usually order it and you can pick up in store. The store is organized well with a good selection and the prices are competitive.

Awesome store with plenty of supplies. So much paint! Get Every size canvas and notepads you would ever want. Plenty of brushes and pens. Tons of other craft supplies. The service is nice and helpful. Great location o. Southwest boulevard in the crossroads. Definitely worth a visit.

This place has a little bit of everything and a great selection. Visiting from out of town I wanted to check out an art supply store- this place did not disappoint.

Easy to find with some off street parking. A large selection and super helpful staff made it very easy to quickly find just what I was looking for. I'll will be sure to remember this store next time I need any art related supplies.

Super helpful staff. They are stocked well with a lot of art supplies and are very knowledgeable on what they carry and where their supplies are. I love that they have a section of random and cute knickknacks at the front. It’s great for finding gifts or just keeping the kids somewhat preoccupied while you shop for art supplies.

Love the atmosphere of this shop and the convenience if it being open every day!

I make a ritual to visit the supply store for my markers and paper. The staff is incredible and they are always inspiring me to try new mediums. I love how passionate they are about creating... I'd love to see more stationary options for writing letters. If the managers reading the reviews 😁

Great selection. I was lucky and got in during a watercolor sale

By far my favorite store! Quality of everything is way better than box stores like hobby lobby or micheals. I find when I buy Quality it lasts longer.. when I buy cheap supplies I have to buy them often.. so I choose A&C the staff is always helpful and super kind!

Stopped in for some special watercolor paper today for a project. I didn't catch the employee's name. He was friendly, showed me the items I was looking for, and got it wrapped up extra so that it wouldn't get messed up on the way home.

Super cool store. Love the "lo-kal" and love that it's local. Will be coming here for alllllllllll my artistic sundrys from now on! Thanks for being awesome!!
