Corporate stores are the best stores to visit like this one. I came here after visiting the one in Blue Springs which is not corporate owned. They failed to pull up the account details at the Blue Springs store that this location did in a matter of seconds.

All that I wanted to do was replace my screen protector that I am paying good money for and the correct brand that I paid for. I appreciate and value the service that I was given and if you have to drive a little further down the road to get to this place instead of the Blue Springs location I would advise that you do. It'll probably save you more time in the long run.

Outstanding staff. Unlike Xfinity Mobile, when you come to this store, you'll be seen a lot quicker and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. I'm always impressed whenever I go there. Kudos to the entire staff! Keep up the good work!

I had the most pleasant experience with a nice tattooed fellow named Jeffrey. Very patient and made the experience painless switching from Verizon. Give this man a raise!

Jason was extremely helpful and patient in helping me figure out my dilemma. 👍🏻 He maintained calm when I was frustrated and the situation got figured out without too much time! 👏🏻

Man I had the best experience at this t-mobile store, Jason Cruz was the person who helped me and if he isn't running that store, he ought to be, he went above and beyond, and this was after a horrible experience the night before at the 40 hwy. Location

Grandmother lost her cell and we needed a new sim for her new phone. Occasionally there's a wait but when we went in we were immediately helped. The employee was really nice, like really nice, and did the whole sim card purchase and installment quickly. He was even kind enough to waive the 10 fee since we had been customers for a while. Definitely the easiest and quickest time I've had in a t mobile store.

Came in to upgrade two phones on my plan. Dallas assisted us and was patient and kind as he helped us transfer info from one phone to the other. The manager Jane was working her tail off to make sure other customers were assisted and people stayed happy. My needs were taken care of and I would gladly come here again.

Jane provided my wife and I with superb service when we presented her with a problem another retailer advised couldn’t be resolved. She is a professional and a great credit to T Mobile.

I want to thank Randyll Daniels for his excellent customer service. He was very patient with me. I appreciate his honesty. If anyone needs help or a new phone i would advise that you ask for him. Thank you again for helping me with my "family" phone

Rebecca D is a saint! I am dealing with a parent that has dementia and has been doing strange things to her phone and phone provider when not supervised.
First of all- Rebecca gave me her cell to walk me through the process of getting her to T-Mobile the proper way from another carrier. Rebecca spent so much time with me- and was EXACTLY the person that was supposed to be there in my moment of need. She knew exactly what she was doing and new all of the answers to all of my questions.

In all seriousness- she helped me when I was beyond frustrated and at my wits in with Verizon and she really took control and made it PAINLESS. So so thankful for Rebecca!!

I showed up at opening time as I wanted to buy a new phone, get data transferred from my old one and get out. As data transfer stretched longer and longer, John L. could see I was becoming frustrated. He explained what was happening and why it was taking longer than expected. He listened to all my questions and answered them clearly. He made my wait worthwhile and when I left as a happy customer, he gave me his business card. I will contact him if I have any questions in the future and deal with him when I visit the store because of the great customer service he provided.

I was greated by a member of the staff & helped promptly. All of my questions were answered. Great service.

The lady who helped my husband and I set up our account and get us My new phone and case and watches was such a blessing to have. She was super sweet, friendly, very complimentive and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this store and company to anyone.

Great experience easily the best time of changing phones I have had, Tyler made things easy fun and a great experience would recommend that you come in and see them.

I had the sweetest and most helpful person help me. I don’t remember her name, but she is a young African American woman who was super friendly and took great care of me. On a side note, Her nails were on point. This is the best T-Mobile location anywhere. The young guy with the flowing long blonde hair is also amazing at customer service and is extremely helpful.

Our experience was definitely 5 star. They were dignified and professional on every level. Each representative was knowledgeable about and prepared to help us navigate our particular set of circumstances. They were also friendly and sincerely concerned about each customer that entered the store. All were treated with respect and patience.

I went into the store thinking I was going to have to buy a new phone because my touch screen on my old phone was frozen and would not work. The sales clerk worked his magic and got my old phone working. What a wonderful christmas present.
