My mom is absolutely digging her new phone. She says it’s easier than her android. Imagine that lol! Kimberly helped my mom and I and we had a wonderful time. She’s very smart and gets you in and out.

I came into the store today to add my mother to my phone line and to trade my phone in for a new upgrade. Kimberly explained to us that we would save more by upgrading my mom to a 14 and for me to get a 15pro Max. It was definitely a great experience and we enjoyed Kimberly. She was very kind and helpful.

Great location and amazing customer service, the sales rep was very help and patient as he help myself and my mother setup 2 phones and 2 iPad as we both switched from T-Mobile and had to register our new devices with AT&T.. Our sales rep made the process as smoothly as he could 🙏🙏

I received AWESOME service from Marshall at the store on Sterling Ave in KCMO. As soon as I walk in the door he greeted me and ask the reason for my visit, I let him know I was looking to purchase a smartwatch as well as a sim card for my daughter's phone. He said it would be no problem and had informed me that the watch I was looking for was on discount at the moment which was a happy shock to me being that I had went to a different store just the day before and wasn't given this information there... it was a pleasant and speedy visit... thank you Marshall

The new Gm is definitely great at his job. He has top-notch customer service and is very patient. At&T needs to give him a raise because he is making the initiative to resolve all of his customers' problems.
